David Scott, of Milford, Mass; one son, Justin Scott, of Midland, Texas; two sisters, Jen Berry, of Annapolis, Md., and Laura Scott, of Boston, Mass; two brothers, Matt Scott, of Seattle, Wash., and Todd Davis, of Rocky Mount; grandmother, Martha Davis, of Rocky Mount; one aunt, Victoria Scott, of Christiansburg; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. on August 7, 2009.⁴

     Kathy Lee Davis was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery, 599 South 19th Avenue, Humboldt, Gibson Co., Tennessee.² She was born on March 23, 1948 at Humboldt, Gibson Co., Tennessee.^1,3 As of September 1, 1966,her married name was Scott.¹ She married Lon David Scott, son of William Royal "Pete" Scott and Laura Elizabeth Austin, on September 1, 1966 at Blacksburg, Virginia.¹ Kathy Lee Davis died on July 11, 1976 at Decatur, DeKalb Co., Georgia, at age 28.^4,2 She Graveside services for Mrs. Kathy Lee Davis Kerr, 28, will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Kerr died Sunday in Decatur, Ga., after a short illness. She was a former Humboldt resident. She leaves her widower, John R. Kerr of Decatur, Ga; two sons, James D. Scott and Todd Mitchell, both of Decatur; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Davis of Blacksburg, Va; and a brother, Andrew Davis of Blacksburg. on July 13, 1976.²
