     William Travis Wiley William Travis Wiley, 35, of Wilmington went home to be with our lord on Saturday November 7, 2020. Travis was born in Richmond, Virginia June 9, 1985 the son of William Zell Wiley and Sally Dance Matthews. He was in the construction business and was a Trim installer in new homes. He is preceded in death by Danielle Nicole Duncan the mother to their son Samuel, paternal grandparents William and Betty Wiley, and maternal grandparents George Dance and Ruth Dance Blanton, and step grandfather William Blanton. Travis was a wonderful, kind and loving daddy to his son Samuel age 3 of Wilmington, also surviving are his parents Tom and Sally Matthews of Wilmington, father Zell Wiley of Richmond, VA; brothers Aaron Matthews and wife LouAnn; Jay Matthews and wife Jennifer; niece Taylor Matthews and nephews Trevor and Bryce Matthews. Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins survive.³ He was born on June 9, 1985 at Richmond, Virginia.^2,3 He died on November 7, 2020 at North Carolina at age 35.³

     William Allen Reed William Allen Reed, 52, of 216 Frazier Road, Altavista died Monday, February 26, 2018 at his home. He was the husband of Debra Marie Arthur Reed. He was born, November 1, 1965 in Roanoke and raised by the late Virginia Reed Scott and Charlie Scott. William was an employee of the Town of Altavista Waste Water Treatment Plant, a lover of trivia, a pop culture convention attendee, a former SCA fighter, and most of all, a kind and patient man. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Terry Reed and his wife, Sharon, of Roanoke; a mother-in-law, Barbara Tucker Booker of Altavista; and a brother-in-law, David Arthur and his wife, Rayne, of Christiansburg. A graveside memorial service will be conducted at Altavista Memorial Park.⁴ He was buried at Altavista Memorial Park, Altavista, Campbell Co., Virginia.⁴ He was born on November 1, 1965 at Roanoke, Virginia.^2,4 He married Debra Marie Arthur on September 1, 1995 at Campbell Co., Virginia.^3,4,5 William Allen Reed died on February 26, 2018 at Altavista, Campbell Co., Virginia, at age 52.⁴

     Debra Marie Arthur Debra Marie Arthur Reed, 59, of 216 Frazier Road, Altavista died Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late William Allen Reed. She was born May 30, 1962 in Lynchburg, a daughter of John Norman Arthur of Christiansburg and Barbara Tucker Booker of Altavista.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, David Arthur and his wife, Rayne of Christiansburg.⁴ She was born on May 30, 1962 at Lynchburg, Virginia.^1,2,4 As of September 1, 1995,her married name was Reed.¹ She married William Allen Reed, son of Herbert Davis Reed, on September 1, 1995 at Campbell Co., Virginia.^1,3,4 Debra Marie Arthur died on September 30, 2021 at Lynchburg, Virginia, at age 59.⁴

He was born in Anderson County, S.C., on October 24, 1967, and was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Davis Scott; his adopted mother, Eileen Lesko Scott; his grandfather, J.C. Davis; and paternal grandparents, Pete and Laura Scott. Known to friends as Jay Bird, Jay always had a love of cooking and was positive and upbeat in his attitude. He is survived by his father, L. David Scott, of Milford, Mass; one son, Justin Scott, of Midland, Texas; two sisters, Jen Berry, of Annapolis, Md., and Laura Scott, of Boston, Mass; two brothers, Matt Scott, of Seattle, Wash., and Todd Davis, of Rocky Mount; grandmother, Martha Davis, of Rocky Mount; one aunt, Victoria Scott, of Christiansburg; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. on August 7, 2009.⁴
