He is survived by his wife, Kim Manning; children, Chip (Larissa) Manning, Brad (Kim) Manning and Ashley Manning; 16 grandkids; two great-grandchildren; brother, Billy (Brenda) Manning; mothers-in-law, Martha Strickler and Sue (Ken) Lawson; brother-in-law, George (Penny) Lawson; sisters-in-law, Sandy Cox and Brenda (Dennis) Flack; and his four-legged friend, Red. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018, at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Pastor Joey Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton, Va. on June 10, 2018.
