     Ethel Allene Story was buried at Davis-Greenlawn Cemetery, Rosenberg, Fort Bend Co., Texas.^1,3 She Funeral services for Ethel Allene (Story) Clark, 87, of Rosenberg, will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 4, at First United Methodist Church, 1122 4th Street, in Rosenberg. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. The Rev. Jim McConnell will officiate the services. Ethel was born Oct. 12, 1917 in Maxdale to Jasper and Amanda (Riley) Story. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and Woodmen of the World and she was a member of the Women's Bowling Association. She passed away March 31, 2005 in Sugar Land. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Clark; parents, Jasper and Amanda Story; sisters, Merle Brown, JoAnn Byrd, Sarah Sherman; brother, Marvin Story; and grandson-in-law, John Miller. She is survived by daughters, Joyce Frank of Rosenberg, Sue Schultz and husband, Kirby G., of Rosenberg; sister, Sue Lang of Temple; grandchildren, Kimberly Warwick and husband, Todd, of Katy, Deanna Miller of Richmond, and Steven Schultz of Rosenberg; great-grandchildren, Sarah Bockholt of Katy, Christopher Redding of Richmond, Cole Warwick of Katy, and Anna Miller of Richmond; along with numerous other loving family and many friends. Pallbearers will be Kirby G. Schultz, Steven Schultz, Todd Warwick, Marcus Jones, David Brown, and John Gonzales. Honorary pallbearer will be Christopher Redding.¹ Her married name was Clark.¹ She married Chester E. Clark was born on July 21, 1917. He died on November 14, 1984 at Richmond, Fort Bend Co., Texas, at age 67.³ He Funeral services for Chester E. Clark, 67, of Rosenberg, will be held 1 p.m. Friday at the Davis-Dawson Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Rev. Don Meador will officiate. Clark, a member of First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg and Woodmen of the World, died Wednesday morning in Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond after a lengthy illness. Survivors include his wife, Ethel A. Clark of Rosenberg; two daughters, Joyce C. Cramp and Sue Schultz, both of Rosenberg; his mother, Dona Thornton; and brother, Herman F. Clark of Magnolia; and three grandchildren. on November 15, 1984.³

     JoAnn Story was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^2,3 Her married name was Byrd.² She married Shirley W. "Bill" Byrd at Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.² JoAnn Story was born on June 12, 1921 at Iduma, Bell Co., Texas.^2,3 She died on March 27, 1999 at Austin, Travis Co., Texas, at age 77.^2,3 She JoAnn Story Byrd , age 77, of Austin, passed away Saturday, March 27, 1999. She was born June 12, 1921 in Iduma, Bell County, Texas to Jasper Lafayette Story & Sarah Amanda Riley. She married Shirley "Bill" W. Byrd, born April 10, 1910, died December 17, 1972 in Killeen, Bell County, Texas and was the son of Richard L. Byrd & Eliza Jane Quitt. She is survived by her daughter, Sherlene Byrd Heallen and husband, Kenneth of Austin; grandaughters, Tracy Heallen Brown and husband David of Austin, Texas, Lisa Heallen of Austin; sisters, Allene Story Clark of Rosenberg, Texas and Sue Story Brooks Lang and husband Norman of Temple. She was buried in City of Killeen Cemetery, along side her husband.

     Sarah Parolie Story was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^3,2 Her married name was Sherman.² She married Quintus Greely Sherman.² Sarah Parolie Story was born on August 31, 1925 at Lampasas, Lampasas Co., Texas.² She died on February 6, 1988 at El Paso, El Paso Co., Texas, at age 62.² She Funeral services for Sarah Story Sherman, 62, formerly of Killeen, will be at 11 a.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen with Dr. Leonard Radde officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery. She died Saturday in El Paso. Mrs. Sherman was born on Aug. 31, 1925, in Lampasas. She was raised in Killeen and moved to El Paso in 1949. She worked as a bookkeeper for a retail sales company in El Paso. Mrs. Sherman was a member of the North Gate Baptist Church in El Paso. She was preceded in death by her husband, Quintus Sherman, in 1985. Survivors include four sisters, Merle Brown of Georgetown, Ailene Clark of Rosenberg, Sue Brooks of Temple and Jo Ann Byrd of Austin. on February 9, 1988.²

     Susan Maxine "Sue" Story Sue Brooks Lang, 92, died, Jan. 19 , 2012 in Georgetown. She was born Aug. 24, 1919 to Jasper and Amanda Riley Story in Killeen. Graveside service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2:00 p.m., Killeen Cemetery. Mrs. Lang was formally from Killeen and she was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, Temple. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Brooks; second husband, Norman Lang. Mrs. Lang is survived by three nieces; Carolyn Daniell, Georgetown; Sherlene Heallen, Huddo; Joyce Frank, Richmond: one nephew, Norman Brown, Florence.² She was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^2,3 Her married name was Lang.² Her married name was Brooks.² She married Norman Sampson Lang.^2,4 Susan Maxine "Sue" Story married Clarence Aubra Brooks.^2,3 Susan Maxine "Sue" Story was born on August 24, 1919 at Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^2,3 She died on January 19, 2012 at Georgetown, Williamson Co., Texas, at age 92.²

     Clarence Aubra Brooks was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^2,3 He married Susan Maxine "Sue" Story, daughter of Jasper Layfette Story and Sarah Amanda Riley.^1,2 Clarence Aubra Brooks was born on January 23, 1896 at Bardwell, Ellis Co., Texas.^2,3 He died on June 25, 1986 at Temple, Bell Co., Texas, at age 90.^2,3 He Funeral services for Clarence A. Brooks, 90, of Temple, will be at 4 p.m. Friday at the Clements Chapel in the First United Methodist Church of Killeen with the Rev. Leonard Radde officiating. Brooks died Wednesday at a Temple hospital. Burial will be in the Killeen City Cemetery. He was born Jan. 23, 1896, in Bardwell, and had lived in the Killeen area most of his life. He graduated from Midlothian High School and attended business school in Dallas. Brooks served in the U.S. Navy during World War I. He had been a postal clerk in the Killeen post office and had farmed west of Killeen for 20 years before he retired. He was a member of the Methodist Church all his life and a member of the First United methodist Church in Killeen since 1919. Brooks was also a member of American Legion Post 223 in Killeen and a charter member of the Killeen chapter of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sue Brooks of Temple, and a sister, Mrs. Trudy Knuth of San Antonio. on June 26, 1986.³

     Shirley W. "Bill" Byrd was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.² He married JoAnn Story, daughter of Jasper Layfette Story and Sarah Amanda Riley, at Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.¹ Shirley W. "Bill" Byrd was born on April 10, 1910.^1,2 He died on December 17, 1972 at Killeen, Bell Co., Texas, at age 62.^1,2

     Quintus Greely Sherman was buried at Killeen City Cemetery, 2800 E, Rancier Avenue, Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.¹ He married Sarah Parolie Story, daughter of Jasper Layfette Story and Sarah Amanda Riley.² Quintus Greely Sherman was born on November 28, 1915. He died on February 18, 1985 at age 69.

     Robert Newton Riley was buried at Maxdale Cemetery, Maxdale, Bell Co., Texas.¹ He was born on June 8, 1894.¹ He died on July 14, 1895 at age 1.¹

     Paul James Riley was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.^1,3 He married Beulah Violet May.² Paul James Riley was born on July 5, 1898 at Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.^1,3 He died on May 18, 1954 at Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas, at age 55.^1,3 He Paul James Riley, a resident of Marble Falls was called by death at his home in Marble Falls, Tuesday May 18th. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 20th at 3 o'clock p.m. at the Marble Falls Baptist church with Rev. Joe Warren Atchison and Rev. Walter Floyd in charge. Burial was in the Marble Falls Cemetery under the direction of the Clements Funeral Home. Pallbearers were: Carl Lewis, Earl Lewis, James Conner, Porter Askew, Lewis Atwood and Raymond Coe. Mr. Riley was born at Killeen, Texas July 5, 1894, but had spent most of his life in Burnett County. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Buelah Riley of Marble Falls; two daughters, Miss Ruth Riley, Jo Lene Riley and two sons, Jimmie Ray Riley and Albert Riley, all of Marble Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Carlile, Austin, Mrs. J. L. Story, Corpus Christi and a brother, A. W. Riley of Burnet and a granddaughter. on May 27, 1954.³

     Beulah Violet May was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.¹ Her married name was Riley. She married Paul James Riley, son of Millard Filmore Riley and Mae Eldrith Swinney.² Beulah Violet May was born on September 3, 1906. She died on February 25, 2002 at age 95.¹

     Jimmie Ray Riley was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.¹ He married Vera Unknown.¹ Jimmie Ray Riley was born on December 17, 1919.¹ He died on January 11, 2001 at age 81.

     Vera Unknown was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.¹ Her married name was Riley.¹ She married Jimmie Ray Riley, son of Paul James Riley and Beulah Violet May.¹ Vera Unknown was born on March 5, 1928.¹ She died on February 28, 1978 at age 49.¹

     Albert Fillmore Riley Sr. was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.^1,2 He was born on October 18, 1932.² He married Mary Jane “Janie” Hull on February 25, 1955.^2,5 Albert Fillmore Riley Sr. died on August 18, 2003 at Austin, Travis Co., Texas, at age 70.^1,2 He Albert F. Riley, 70, a 43 year resident of Austin, Texas, passed away Monday, August 18, 2003. Mr. Riley was a member of Great Hills Baptist Church and retired from the Austin Police Department as a Sr. Sgt. after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Beulah and Jim Riley, and brother, Jimmie Ray Riley. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane (Janie) Riley of Austin; sons, Albert F. Riley Jr. and wife, Lana of Columbus, TX and James L. (Jim) Riley and wife, Dee of Round Rock; grandsons, James L. (Jim) Riley II and David R. Riley of Round Rock, Nick R. Riley of Columbus, TX, John A. Saladino of South Carolina, and Paul J. Saladino of Cedar Park, TX; sisters, Ruth Heffington and Jo Manno and husband, Bill, all of Marble Falls, TX; brother-in-law, Johnny Hull and wife, Joyce of Austin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Marble Falls Cemetery in Marble Falls, TX. Honoring Mr. Riley as pallbearers will be William Manno, III, Karl Westerman, John Brett Hull, William Manno Jr., John E. Hull, Richard Buerger, Don Glenn, and David Gann. Honorary pallbearers are the Austin Police Department, the Sunday School class at Great Hills Baptist Church, and his grandsons, James L. (Jim) Riley II, Nick R. Riley, and David R. Riley. on August 20, 2003.¹

     Mary Jane “Janie” Hull was buried at Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet Co., Texas.^1,2 She was born on January 12, 1936 at Detroit, Wayne Co., Michigan.^1,2 As of February 25, 1955,her married name was Riley.¹ She married Albert Fillmore Riley Sr., son of Paul James Riley and Beulah Violet May, on February 25, 1955.^1,2 Mary Jane “Janie” Hull died on May 24, 2011 at Austin, Travis Co., Texas, at age 75.^1,2 She Mary Jane "Janie" Riley, 75, resident of Austin, Texas passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011 after a short courageous battle with cancer. Janie was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church and retired from Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Records Division. She spent 51 years of her life supporting the men and women of the Austin Police Department. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. After graduating from high school, she moved to Texas where she met the love of her life, Albert Riley in Marble Falls, Texas. They were married for 49 years before Albert preceded her to heaven in 2003. Janie was a beloved mom, granny, aunt, sister, sister-in-law, and friend. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Albert F. Riley, Jr. and Lana of Kyle and James L. (Jim) Riley and Dee of Round Rock, grandsons Jimmy, David, and Nick Riley, Austin Dorman, and John Saladino; brother John Hull and wife Joyce, sisters-in-law Jo Manno (husband Bill) and Ruth Heffington, all of Marble Falls. There are also numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She also left behind her beloved four-legged companion Codi Su. Graveside services will be held at half past two o'clock in the afternoon on Friday in the Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Texas. Honoring Janie as pallbearers will be Jimmy, David, and Nick Riley, John Brett Hull, William Manno III, and David Heffington. on May 26, 2011.²
