     Clifford Earl Gillit Clifford Earl Gillit, 87, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Hospice House of San Joaquin on April 16, 2021. He was born March 16, 1934 in French Camp, CA and spent his life in Manteca, CA after serving 2 years in the Army and 4 years in the National Guard. Clifford married the love of his life Shirley and would have celebrated 65 years this July 14th. Cliff leaves behind his loving wife Shirley Gillit. Children: Raleigh Gillit of Manteca, CA, Dan (Teresa) Gillit of Farr West, Utah and Denise Gillit of Spokane, Wa. Grandchildren: Shanan (Matt) Gonzales of Sonora, CA, Jennifer (Amy) Burton of Oakdale, CA and Eli Gillit-Silva of Spokane, WA. Great grandchildren: Mathew and Korey Gonzales of Sonora, CA. He also leaves behind many brothers and sisters: Cleo Gillit of Riverbank, CA, Leonard Lile of Salida, CA, Walter Lile of New Mexico, Charlie Gillit of Walnut Grove, CA, Elsie Medeiros of Manteca, CA, Frances Henson of Missouri, Linda Andujo of Fernley, NV and Carolyn Gillit of Conyers, GA. He worked as a welder for 33 years and retired from Tuff Boy Trailers. Though many who knew him know he never really retired. He always found a new project to work on, whether it be a tractor, engine, or project at the house. He could fix anything and would help anyone with anything. Active member of Valley Tractor Pullers Association and Western Heritage Engines Antiques Tractors, Inc. and pulled an array of Case and Alice Chalmer tractors over 37 years. His love for family, friends, tractors and engines was abundant. Services will be held in the chapel at Park View Cemetery 3661 E. French Camp Rd, Manteca CA on Wednesday April 28th at 1 p.m.³ He was buried at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. She lived in Modesto eight years and previously lived in Manteca. She was an administrative assistant for the federal government. She enjoyed gardening, interior decorating and motorcycling. She is survived by her husband, Henry Joseph Silveira of Modesto; children, Sandra Apuan and Brian Gillit, both of New Mexico, and Cleo E. Gillit Jr. of Modesto; brother, Delbert Bullard of Oklahoma; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Gillit; and six brothers. A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Fri- day at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, Manteca, with burial at Park View Cemetery, French Camp. on October 28, 2004.⁴

Lile, 74, of Jacksonville, FL formerly of Spiro was born May 11, 1930 at DeCatur, Illinois to Vernon and Muriel (Sawyer) Coutant. She died Friday, October 1, 2004 in Jacksonville, Florida. She is survived by two Sons, Bruce Backus of Orange Park, Florida and David Backus of Sacramento, California; one Brother, Don Coutant of Clearwater, Florida; 2 Grandchildren, Kevin Backus and Karen Backus. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph Lile and brother, Robert Coutant. Graveside Services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Spiro City Cemetery with Rev.      Minnie Louise Lile Minnie Louise (Lyle) White, age 77, a resident of Josephine, TX, for 25 years, passed away December 20, 2015. She was born June 28, 1938, in Stockton, CA, to Ralph and Lorraine (Carter) Lyle. Mrs. White was the owner of Ability Gunite, specializing in swimming pools and concrete. She was a member of the Apostolic Church of Nevada, TX, and a former member of The Living Word Church in Greenville, TX. She is survived by her children: Robert L. White and wife Norma Jo, Raymond L. White and wife Arline, Elizabeth D. Wafford and husband Mark and James T. White and wife Glenda; 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and four sisters: Beverly Tatum and husband Dick, Lynn Wooten and husband Roy, Anita Erwin and Judy Bolin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Leamon White, and three children: Leonard Leamon White, Jr., Frank Lee White and Johnny White; and sister: Joyce Rice. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel with Pastor Niles Davis, Pastor Lucas McMannis and Brother Joe McGayhan officiating.
