Survivors include his wife, Connie (Perkins) Harden of Columbus; mother, Sharon Harden of Columbus; four children, Amanda Harden of Columbus, Joshua Harden of Springfield, MO, Delaney Harden of Columbus and Phillip "Tyler" Harden (Kirsten) of Bloomington. Also surviving are his granddaughter, Khloe Harden of Bloomington, and many nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his father, Leon "Lee" Harden, and his sister, Diana Jo Harden. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. on October 31, 2014.3

She was preceded in death by her father. on May 29, 2013.3

He was born on May 12, 1933, as the son of Luther B. and Louisa R. (Mills) Cooper. He graduated from Charlottesville High School in 1951. He served in the Army during 1953-1955. He worked for Hamilton County as a meter reader for many years. Woodard enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. Woodard is survived by his three sons, Dale Cooper of Indianapolis, Darryl Cooper of New Palestine, and Doug Cooper of Indianapolis; two daughters, Debra Bueno and Donna Smith both of Indianapolis; brothers, Robert Cooper of Greenfield, Norman Cooper and Thomas Cooper both of Bowling Green, Ky; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther B. and Louisa R. (Mills) Cooper. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 3 p.m. Pastor Mark Watkins will be officiating.
