Loving survivors include Donna Kirgan Kinser, wife of 50 years, a son, Emil Ray Kinser of Hancock, Iowa, daughter Spring Dawn Liberty of Austin, daughter Faith Elizabeth Lane of Plano; and precious grandchildren, Cooper, Audrey, Lucas, Andrew, Jessica and Emily. Russ was preceded in death by son Scott Joseph. on February 26, 2004.³
