Nora Ellen Pase Nora "Ellen" Pase Wratchford Moore, age 91 years, a resident of Hambleton, WV and more recently a resident of Stow, OH, departed this life Friday, October 9, 2015 at The Briarwood at Stow, OH. She was born Monday, May 26, 1924 at Davis, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Wesley Pase and Melda Delena Kline Pase Forman Friend. She was twice married. First on July 10, 1943 at Red House, MD, she was married to Mont Leon Wratchford, who preceded her in death December 12, 1988, and second on June 16, 1993 to Roscoe Moore, who preceded her in death February of 1994. Surviving are two sons, Mont Leon Wratchford, Jr. and wife Linda of OH, Robert Thomas Wratchford and wife Cheryl of FL; three daughters, Tamarra Jo Bennington and husband Robert of OH, Monta Lee McCrum and husband John of OH, and Deborah Kay Stayshich and husband Daniel of NC; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She is the last surviving member of her immediate family having been preceded in death by one brother, Charles Pase; and one sister, Betty Moore. She was a graduate of Davis High School with the Class of 1942. She was very proud to work as a Rosie Riveter, during WWII. She was a homemaker. Ellen enjoyed cooking, bowling, playing cards and reading. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving relatives. The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Wednesday from 11 AM until 1 PM. A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at the funeral home parlor on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 1 PM. The Reverend William R. Brown will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, WV.1 She was buried at Parsons Cemetery, Parsons, Tucker Co., West Virginia.1 Her married name was Moore.1 She married Roscoe Moore.1 Nora Ellen Pase was born on May 26, 1924 at Davis, Tucker Co., West Virginia.1 As of July 10, 1943,her married name was Wratchford.1 She married Mont Leon Wratchford on July 10, 1943 at Redhouse, Garrett Co., Maryland.1 Nora Ellen Pase died on October 9, 2015 at Stow, Summit Co., Ohio, at age 91.1
