Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. on August 22, 1994.²

She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker who lived most of her life in Shawsville. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 16. She was preceded in death by her sons Steven and Curtis Main; parents Clarence & Helen Walters; sister Betty Nelson, sister and brother-in-law Juanita and Bobby Linkous; son-in-law Eddie Bain, special nephew Kenny Nelson, and beloved Grand Dog, Snuggles. She is survived by her children Donald (Shelby) Main, Judy (Larry) Weatherington, Deborah Main (Buttons); grandchildren, Tom (Brian) Westmoreland, Laura (Tommy) Yerkey, Brittany (Michael) Lee; Great-Grand Son, Justin Yerkey. Sisters Frances McLain, Iris (John) Grimsley; special niece Dawn Nelson-Jenkins and her children; Step Grandchildren – Brian, Scott, Challen, Shawn, Jessica, Alex, Cindy, Aurora; Nieces & Nephews – Sandy, Scotty, Billy, Danny, Mike, Jerry, Millie, Debbie, Vicki, Tina, Theresa, John as well as many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 11am in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Cemetery, Shawsville. on March 18, 2019.²

     David Curtis Main married Mary Unknown.¹ David Curtis Main was born on September 21, 1956 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.³ He died on August 15, 2016 at Radford, Virginia, at age 59.² He David Curtis Main, 59, passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at his home in Radford surrounded by family and friends. He was a supervisor with Thor Construction. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Jay Main and brother, Steven Main.He will be sadly missed by his mother, Martha Main; sisters, Deborah Main and Judy Main Weatherington; and brother, Donald Main. He was loved deeply by his grandchildren, Dylan Aker, Justin Aker, Riley and Cooper Kelly, Liam, Zoe, and Brody Savage, Rich Savage, and Shannon Kelly; and mostly by his soul mate of 37 years, Mary; and many other close relatives.
