Neff and Everette Ray Neff; and a special nephew, Kenny Brackenridge. Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Smith and husband Derick of Martinsburg; four sons, Kenneth Roy Neff of Lewisburg, Frankie Neff and wife Jesse of Frankford, Bryan Neff of Wheeling and Michael Neff of Philippi; two stepsons, Tommy and Dougie; three sisters, Louvella "Toots" Brackenridge and husband Paul of Leslie, Alma Tobey of Michigan and Lucy Williams of Sutton; 10 grandchildren whom he loved very much; a special nephew, Jesse Keyser of Ohio; his ex-wife, Mildred Neff of Lewisburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Roy, you will be missed very much by all who knew you. Service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, at Wallace and Wallace Chapel, Rainelle, with Pastor Bennie Kenney officiating. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. on August 2, 2008.2

Bud was retired from Union Carbide and was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of St. Albans American Legion Post 73. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Miller; and grandsons, John Robert Miller and Brian Childers. He is survived by his children John M. "Johnny" and wife, Vicky Miller, Joyce Anderson, Carolyn "Jeannie" Miller and Louise Miller, all of Scott Depot; brother, Charles K. "Wimp" Miller of Ohio; granddaughter, Tammy Richardson of Scott Depot; three great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and beloved cat, Mr. Black. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Robie and Alkan Kan and all the nursing staff at CAMC Teays Valley Hospital for the love and care given to our family and our dad. She was born July 2, 1939, in Scott Depot, WV, a daughter of James Morrison McCalllister and Verna (Smith) McCallister. She was a graduate of Hurricane High School in Hurricane, WV. A long time Ashtabula County resident, Mrs. Beach had lived in Wayne since 1997. She was primarily a homemaker but was employed at Andover Industries for several years. She was an active member of the Cherry Valley Church of the Nazarene; and she enjoyed gardening and canning, camping, and hunting. Most of all she was a devoted Christian who spent her life loving the Lord and her family. Mrs. Beach married Rondal L. Beach, Sr., on December 23, 1957, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 1992. She is also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, David C. Beach, Sr. on Dec. 25, 2005, and Roger Beach on Oct. 27, 2017; seven sisters, June Jessie, Maxine Johnson, Carol Whittington, Betty Alford, Donna Swope, Dale Cox, and Virginia McCallister; and four brothers, James W. McCallister Sr., Dennis M. McCallister, Chester D. McCallister, and Donnie McCallister. She is survived by her four sons, Rondal (Stephanie) Beach, Jr. of Williamsfield, OH, Wendell Darren Beach of Williamsfield, OH, Rodney (Michelle) Beach of Semora, NC, and Darrell (Sandra) Beach of Brookfield,OH; her seven daughters, Betty Dye of Marietta, GA, Debra (Kenny) Benton of Groveport, OH, Tamra McCarty of Andover, OH, Kathrine (Harlan) Easton of Williamsfield, OH, Martha (Tim) Holcomb of Jefferson,OH, Amy Beach of Wayne township,OH, and Laura (Ryan) Provo of Roxboro, NC; two sisters, Charlotte Holstein of Munson,OH, and Sharon Withrow of Ashtabula, OH; one brother, James H. A longtime Dorset resident, Mrs. Whittington attended Cherry Valley Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed gardening, farming, raising animals and had a knack for collecting things. Mrs. Whittington married William G. Whittington on April 21, 1959 and he preceded her in death on June 5, 2008. Others that precede her in death are her parents; a son, James M. Whittington; three sisters, Maxine Johnson, June Holbrook and Betty Offard; three brothers, Chuck, Dennis and Dale McCallister; and infant twin siblings. Survivors include three sons, William W. (Mary) Whittington of Dorset, Ohio and Richard L. (Debbie) Whittington and Steven D. (Kathryn) Whittington, both of Kingsville, Ohio; two daughters, V. June Knapp of Geneva, Ohio and Carol J. Knapp of Dorset, Ohio; two brothers, Wendell (Jeanette) McCallister of Rome, Ohio and James (Irene) McCallister of Nitro, W.Va; four sisters, Charlotte Holstein of Chardon, Ohio, Sherry Withrow of Ashtabula, Ohio, Donna (Jay) Swope of Conneaut, Ohio and Geraldine Beach of Colebrook; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren with two more on the way. A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 8th, at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect St., Andover, Ohio, with James McCallister officiating. Burial will follow in Dorset Cemetery. on October 7, 2011.
