He had lived in Bluefield most of his life and he was a retired electrician. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and of the Baptist faith. Survivors: his wife of 50 years, Billy Joyce Frazier McNeal of the home; son, William Michael McNeal of Bluefield; daughter, Patty Kiser and husband Michael of Woodbridge, Va; brothers, Jerry W. McNeal and wife Darlene of Summit Holt, Mo., and Joseph L. McNeal and wife Lena of Las Vegas, Nev; two grandchildren, Uriah Kiser and Aaron Kiser. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday June 3, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Craven-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with the Rev. Charlie Drake officiating. Burial will follow at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Bluefield where nephews will serve as pallbearers. on June 2, 2006.2
