"Pearlie" Guilliams, on May 26, 1988.1,5,2,6,3 Lewis Fuller Keatts died on October 24, 2022 at Franklin Co., Virginia, at age 92.4 He Lewis Fuller Keatts, age 92, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed on to Heaven on October 24, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife, Lillie Mae Keatts; daughter, Shelia (Johnny) Eanes; granddaughter, Donna Hodges; great-grandson, Nathan Hodges; "adopted" children, Peggy and Richard Robinson, Jimmy and Judy Hill; one sister, Ruth Sizemore (Vance); special sister-in-law, Mary Keatts; along with several nieces and nephews. Lewis was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He leaves behind a loving family at Furnace Creek Baptist Church. Interment followed at 2 p.m. in Highland Burial Park in Danville, Va. on October 28, 2022.4

She was born on May 26, 1929, in Pelham, NC, to the late Charlie M. Bryant and Annie Talbott Bryant. Mrs. Martin was a graduate of Brosville High School and had worked at Dan River Mills for 47 years. She was a member of Welcome Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She lived in the Brosville community before moving to the Westover community in 1961. Mrs. Martin was married to Herman Martin on August 7, 1948. She is survived by her husband Herman Martin of the residence; one daughter: Wanda Billings, of Danville, VA; two sons: Michael Martin, of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Ronald Martin, of Danville, VA; two brothers: Gerald Bryant and Walter Bryant, of Danville, VA; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by two sisters: Evelyn Newton and Judy Harris; and three brothers: Charlie Bryant, Jr., Neal Bryant, and Bobby Bryant. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 2p.m. at Swicegood Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Hussey officiating. Special thanks to Crystal Royall for taking such good care of her grandma. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016, at Oakey's North Chapel with The Rev. Dr. Darryl G. Crim officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on May 15, 2016.4
