He was preceded in death by his grandmother Bertha Elaine McFarland and grandfather-in-law, Ellis David Lovern; uncle, Robert H. Bush, and great-grandparents, Bertha Ellen and Edward Bush.In addition to his parents, Timothy is survived by his wife of seven years (but friends for 18 years) Kelly Denise Owens Ramsuer; sister, Robin Lynn Ramsuer; grandfather, Ralph C. Ramsuer; aunts and uncles, Linda McFarland, Nancy and John Roberson, Harold and Mary Sue Ramsuer, Ricky and Wendy Ramsuer; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ellen and Ken Rodhe; grandmother-in-law, Ruby E. Lovern; sister-in-law, Jenny Clements; special nieces Emma, Livia, and Isabel; and many, many friends. Funeral Services honoring Timothy's life will be Wednesday, September 10, 2014, 2 p.m. at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke with the Reverend John Sharp officiating.A private inurnment will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to National Suicide Prevention Hotline. on September 8, 2014.³
