     Swanson Monroe Stout Swanson “Swany” Monroe Stout, 70, of Dublin. died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 in Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Radford. He was born in Pulaski on Jan, 13, 1943 and was the son of the late Raymond Monroe Stout and Ellen Dalton Stout, and was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Stout. He was a retired employee of R.A.A.P. in Radford. He was also a member of the Pulaski First Church of the Brethren. Surviving is his wife, Patricia Stout of Dublin, they were married for 31 years and he was the love of her life. Also surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Gary Blankenship, of Dublin; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Angela Myers, of Floyd; four grandchildren, Taryn and Jaci Blankenship, and Trevan and Kaylee Myers. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.⁴ He was buried at Highland Memory Gardens, Rt. 11 between Dublin and Radford, Pulaski Co., Virginia.⁴ His Social Security Number was 327-36-0825.⁶ He was born on January 13, 1943 at Pulaski Co., Virginia.^1,2,3,4,6 He married Deborah Martha "Debbie" Graham, daughter of Hobert Ural Graham Sr. and Martha Whitfield "Mattie" Clower, on October 14, 1972 at Radford, Virginia.¹ Swanson Monroe Stout and Deborah Martha "Debbie" Graham were divorced on September 29, 1978 at Pulaski Co., Virginia.² Swanson Monroe Stout died on February 11, 2013 at Radford, Virginia, at age 70.^4,5,6

     Michael Elwood Horton was buried at Thornspring Methodist Church Cemetery, Pulaski, Pulaski Co., Virginia.^4,5,7 His Social Security Number was 231-76-7065.⁶ He was born on October 13, 1953 at Pulaski, Pulaski Co., Virginia.^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7} He married Deborah Martha "Debbie" Graham, daughter of Hobert Ural Graham Sr. and Martha Whitfield "Mattie" Clower, on March 7, 1981 at Pulaski Co., Virginia.¹ Michael Elwood Horton and Deborah Martha "Debbie" Graham were divorced on April 29, 1987 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.² Michael Elwood Horton died on July 17, 1991 at Pulaski, Pulaski Co., Virginia, at age 37.^4,5,6,7,8 He Michael Elwood Horton, 37, of Rt. 1, Box 173-A (Alum Spring Road), Pulaski, died Wednesday evening in the Pulaski Community Hospital. He was born in Pulaski on Oct. 13, 1953. He was a licensed land surveyor, having worked with Lloyd Matthews for a number of years. He also attended VPI in Blacksburg. Surviving are his father, Elwood C. Horton, Pulaski; mother, Betty Largen Horton, Pulaski; his wife, Debbie Graham, Radford; one sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Garrett Phillips, Rusburg, Va; one brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Debbie Horton, Independence, Va; two nephews, Matthew Horton, Independence, Va., Andrew Phillips, Rusburg, Va. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. on July 18, 1991.⁴

     Kassidy Jordan Foster was buried at Wilson Cemetery, Daniel's Run Road (Rt. 661), Locust Grove, Floyd Co., Virginia.⁴ She was born on December 10, 1994 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^3,5 She died on July 16, 2007 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 12.^2,5,4 She Kassidy Jordan Foster, 12, of Check, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 16, 2007 at Roanoke Community Hospital. Kassidy was a level 7 Gymnast at Virginia Techniques in Christiansburg and she attended Faith Fellowship Church in Wirtz, Va. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruby Lee Foster; and great grandparents, Wiley and Wertie Marks. She is survived by her parents, Danny and Tammy Austin Foster; sister, Courtney Layne Foster; grandparents, Harold and Kitty Austin of Check and Benjamin Foster of Rocky Mount; aunts and uncles, Dorn and Betty Marks, Cathy and Paul Howell, Kathy and Randy Young, Gary and Norma Foster, Debbie and Jeffrey Taylor, Mike and Kim Foster, and Wanda Foster; cousins, Chad Marks, Sarah and Nichole Howell, Tonya, Keith, Kaden and Lacey Grantham, Ronald Foster, Morris Foster, Alisha and Lyndsey Foster, Stephanie, Shane, and Nate Bailey, Charles Foster, LeeAnn Foster, Felicia, Kameron, Manyah and Isaiah Foster, and Warren and Gabriel Taylor; many nieces, nephews, other relatives in many states and special friends at Virginia Techniques Gymnastics. The family would like to meet as many people as they can at the services to thank everyone for their support. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at Faith Fellowship Church, Wirtz with a memorial service starting at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd with the Revs. Gary Hoffman, Gary Martin and Jackie Spence officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Check. The family will also receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2007 at Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd. Arrangements are being handled by Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd. on July 17, 2007.⁴
