Jeff graduated from Chickahominy Academy in 1978 and went to work for the State of Virginia General Services until he retired after 36 years of faithful service. He was a long-time volunteer for the Varina Recreation Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and country music. Jeff was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandson.2 He was born on October 11, 1960 at Norfolk, Virginia.1,2 He married Debra Gay "Debbie" Whisman, daughter of Roger Wayne Whisman and Norma Gay Price, on March 14, 1986 at New Kent Co., Virginia.1 Jeffrey Bryant Montgomery Sr. died on September 14, 2023 at Virginia at age 62.2
