Juan Barr officiating. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Salem. on April 8, 2000.³

Born April 30, 1949, in Roseburg, Ore., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Elsie Foutz Stowers. Left behind to cherish her memory is her son, Robert Wayne Butterworth; daughter, Rebecca Barnes; and grandson, Michael Barnes; sister and best friend, Brenda Stowers; nephews, David Richard and Harold Jr; special friend of 40 years, Darlene Jordan; as well as aunts, cousins, and host of friends. Sandy loved the Lord and her church and enjoyed spending time with family friends and coworkers, her passion was working with children even when she didn't feel well she said "The children need me." on January 2, 2015.³
