Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Lena, Eilleen and Sandra Confere, at home; six sons, Bernard, Allen, John, Wade, Robert and Richard Confere, all at home; three, sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Ploxcon of St. Albans, Mrs. Frances Carroll of Mammet, and Margaret Confere of Idaho; three brothers, Henry Confere of Cedar Grove, George Confere of Montgomery, and Victor Confere of Zanesville. on August 23, 1941.³
