Killingsworth, mother Lillian Mae Killingsworth, brother, Roy Wayne Killingsworth, father-in-law Duane Graf, and brother-in-law Roger Brixey. He is survived by two daughters Julia Ruth Killian, her husband John, Phoenix, AZ; Amy Mae Thedinga, her husband David, Denver, CO; brother Rev. Paul Killingsworth, wife Karen, Yuma, AZ; sister Melba Killingsworth, Yuma, AZ; sister-in-law Sarah Brixey, Prescott, AZ; 3 grandchildren Aidan, Rachel and Christian Thedinga; 4 nieces, and 5 nephews. A memorial celebration will be on Saturday, January 21, 2:00pm at the First Assembly of God Church 3000 Avenue B. Friends and loved ones are invited to join. on January 19, 2012.¹
