Born May 3, 1953, in Beckley, she is the daughter of the late Elbert and Edna Miller Wall. Mary loved spending time with her family; she enjoyed going to church, reading her bible, listening to gospel music and playing solitaire. She was employed as a manager for Burger King. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her grandparents. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Dwayne Hite of Sophia; sons, Kevin Dwayne Hite of San Antonio, Texas and Joshua Paul Hite of Waldorf, Md; grandchildren, Joshua Dwayne Hite, Nathaniel Paul Hite and Elliana Grace Rae Hite; sisters, Sue Green of Beckley, Linda Austin of Mead, Julie Bowens of Helen; brothers, Charles Wall of Milwaukee, Wis., Larry Wall of Beckley, Rev. David Wall of Davis Creek; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and her two special babies Nicki and Wendi. Services will be held noon on Friday, September 17, 2010, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Reed Green Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Dennis Lacy, Timothy Hite, Alan Austin, Jeff Austin, Cody Bowens and Michael Green. Friends may gather with the family Friday from, 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home. on September 16, 2010.²

Terry.^1,2,3 Cletus Altizer was born on January 2, 1924 at Herndon, Wyoming Co., West Virginia.^1,4,3 She died on October 16, 2012 at Coal City, Raleigh Co., West Virginia, at age 88.^4,3 She Cletus Altizer Wall, 88, of Coal City, passed away at home with her daughter Marie and son-in–law, Donald Workman, on Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Born January 2, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Jasper and Susan Whitt Altizer. In addition to her parents, Cletus is preceded in death by her husband Jack Wall; sons, Jackie Lee Wall and Russell Norman Wall. Those left to cherish her memories include her daughters, Marie Workman and husband Donald of Coal City, Charlotte Hylton and husband Dennis of Oak Hill, Carolyn O'Gara of Coal City; sons, Tom Wall of Prudenville, MI, Eugene Wall of Coal City; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Wall of Goodview, VA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The family would like to send a special thank you to Hospice of Southern West Virginia for the loving care they gave Cletus. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2012, at Williams Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Sophia with Rev. David Wall officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
