Reba Marie Crowder Reba Marie Crowder Graham passed away in her sleep early Sunday morning, August 30, 2015, at her son's home in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She had been diagnosed with lung cancer in early 2015 and was cared for by wonderful private caregivers and a dedicated team from Montgomery Hospice of Md. She was born with her twin sister, Reva on June 6, 1938 in Covington, Va. to the late James and Vinecie Crowder. She is survived by her sister, Robbie; brother, Richard and his wife, Evelyn; son, Braddock and his wife, Reshma; daughter, Briana and her husband, Hugo, and grandson, Eric (of Buena Park, CA) -- as well as special cousins, Sue, Gerald; Betty Jean, and Lois; her nieces, Tami, Debbie, Teri, Kim, Michele and Dawn, plus many grand nieces and nephews. She raised the family with husband, Richard J. Graham in Bethesda, Maryland, working as an accountant and office manager. She 'ran' the storied law firm of King & King Chartered in Washington D.C. for many years -- as any firm partner from that time would tell you.She retired and moved to be near her twin, Reva Hunt and husband, George in Leesburg, Virginia. Sadly, she lost her twin soon after the move, and so it was back to the rolling, green mountains that she loved in Fishersville and Stuart's Draft, Virginia. She held incredible gifts of empathy for strangers, the greenest of thumbs and for creating beautiful works of crochet.2 Her married name was Graham.2 She married Richard James Graham.2 Reba Marie Crowder was born on June 6, 1938 at Covington, Alleghany Co., Virginia.2,3 She and Richard James Graham were divorced on March 26, 1996 at Loudoun Co., Virginia.4 Reba Marie Crowder died on August 30, 2015 at Gaithersburg, Montgomery Co., Maryland, at age 77.2
