D. Reynolds and Herbert Reynolds; and a number of friends at Plaza Towers. He was a son of the late Hubert and Tilda Holt Moore and was preceded in death by a brother: Robert F. Moore; and a niece: Cynthia Moore Hagerty. A committal service will be held in Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. VFW Post No. 1990, American Legion Post No. #64, and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct a military graveside rite. Pallbearers will be Randy Moore, Keith Davison, Bob Browning, Herbert Reynolds, J.D. Reynolds, and Matthew Chandley. on December 14, 2005.1

Survivors include his wife of 59 years: Edna Graham Moore; a son: Randy Moore of Mosheim; a grandson: Elliot Hagerty of Mooresville, N.C; a sister: Louise Williams of Limestone; a brother-in-law and his wife: Walter and Tricia Graham of Greeneville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a son of the late Hubert and Tilda Holt Moore and was preceded in death by a daughter: Cynthia Moore Hagerty; and two brothers: Robert Moore and Wade Moore. The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service was held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the funeral home chapel. Interment was in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. The Rev. Steve Tuck and the Rev. Dennis Shumate officiated. Pallbearers were the members of the Seekers Sunday School Class at Mount Hebron UM Church. on December 8, 2008.3

Born Jan. 2, 1921, in Greene County, Mrs. Williams was the daughter of the late Hubert D. and Matilda Holt Moore and the widow of B.G. Williams, who died Nov. 15, 1993. She was a devout Christian and a member of Telford Grace Brethren Church. Survivors include four daughters; Wilma Chandley of Jonesborough, Joyce Newell (Paul) of Tallahassee, Fla., Donna Sparkman (Seth II) of Castilian Springs, and Janet Browning (Bob) of Jonesborough; nine grandchildren: Wayne (Ellie) and Matthew Chandley; Seth III (Christy), Spencer (Sandi) and Sean (Cary) Sparkman, Brian and Nathan (Holly) Newell, Janna Browning (Rob) Weir and Lara (Matthew) Browning; two stepgrandchildren: Michelle (Dave) and Patrick (Sarah) Browning: 12 great-grandchildren: Zach and Sydney Chandley; Lily, Sam, Aiden, Addison, Elizabeth and Alex Sparkman, Nate, Hunter, and Kami Newell, and Elyse Weir; one stepgrandchild: Delaney Browning; one great-great-grandchild: Owen Chandley; sisters-in-law: Doris and Edna Moore; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Fonda Donelle Williams, a grandson: John Chandley; and three brothers: Robert, Alpha, and Wade Moore. His was the son of the late Joseph Franklin “JF” and Anna Holt Lewis; he was also preceded in death by his wife Edna Reed Lewis, and son Donald Lewis, and granddaughter Nancy Lewis. Mr. Lewis was of the Baptist Faith. He was also a lifelong farmer. Survivors include a son Billy Joe Lewis, Johnson City; daughters, Pat Kyker (LeRoy), Telford, Linda Babcock, Greeneville, and Joan Lewis, Limestone; grandchildren, Ann Bailey, (Jerry), Tammy Ford, Allen Kyker, (Penny), Tim Lewis, Rebecca Cutshall, (Warren), and Jolin Hawk, (Eric); great grandchildren, Tessa Rouse, (Dan), Kiaya Hopkins, (Robbie), Austin Hale, Addison Kyker, Lucas Hawk, and Lydia Hawk, Amber Hamilton, Ashley Strickland, and Eli Cutshall; sisters, Helen Kyker, and Margaret Jaynes; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mr. Lewis will be at Urbana Cemetery in Limestone.      Mary Virginia Lewis Mary Virginia Crane, 84, of Life Care Center of Greeneville, passed away Friday, September 28, 2012, at Life Care Center of Greeneville. She was retired from Greene Valley Development Center. Mrs. Crane was a charter member of Limestone Free Will Baptist Church where she was very active in church activities as long as her health permitted. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Richard and Kathy Crane of Chuckey; grandchildren: Jason Crane and wife, Christy, Jacob Crane and wife, Heather; great grandchildren: Katie Crane, Ethan Crane, Kayden Crane, all of Chuckey; a brother: J. D. Lewis of Limestone; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Helen Kyker, Margaret and Tom Jaynes, all of Limestone; several nieces and nephews with whom she was very close. She was the daughter of the late J. F. and Anna Holt Lewis and was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Crane; three brothers, Cecil, Oradory and Ray Lewis. Interment will be at Limestone FWB Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Crane, Jacob Crane, Chris Blake, Gay Crane, Alvin Arwood and Dwight Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Limestone FWB Church, her close friends at Life Care Center of Greeneville as well as the nurse and staff, whom she thought of as family.5 She was buried at Limestone Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, Limestone, Washington Co., Tennessee.5,6 Her married name was Crane.7 She married Clyde Collins Crane.4 Mary Virginia Lewis was born on December 23, 1926 at Tennessee.1,6 She died on September 28, 2012 at Greeneville, Greene Co., Tennessee, at age 85.6,5
