Mr. Parramor was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, on August 12, 1958, the son of Carl Warren Parramore and the late Vonda Judith Elmore Parramore. He served in the United States Air Force and was employed by Hawker Bech Craft as a Quality Assurance Inspector. He had lived in the Paulding and Carroll County area for the last twelve years, moving here from Panama City, Florida.
