Preceded in death by his mother Adele, he is survived by his father Jack, sister Janine (Mike) Bergeron, brother Don, nephew Chase and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and special friends Loretta, Lisa , Terry, John and the Harkness family, his best friends who helped him through life's course. Kevin was a friend to all and especially enjoyed children and his animals. Little Brother the pain and suffering is over and now you can Rest. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the and Mt. After his retirement, Fred was a full time RVer for twelve years, always going south for the winter. He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. Fred left behind his loving wife, June Filbert of 38 years; loving daughters, Tina Brightwell of Everson, and Cynthia Brightwell of Bellingham; sister, Shirley (Bob) Bezona; and numerous nieces and nephews. Our precious Fred...You will be greatly missed. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2006 from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Moles Funeral Home-Ferndale Chapel. An additional Visitation will be held from 8:30-9:30 AM on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, with a Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, Northwest Chapel, followed by a dedication of the grave at Greenacres Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Herman (Clem) Laubert; six children, Randy Laubert of Terre Haute, Bruce Laubert of Terre Haute, Cindy Laubert Oxendine and her husband Randy of Staunton, Karen Laubert Neidhamer and her husband Mike of Terre Haute, Brent Laubert and his wife Jerri of Terre Haute and Brad Laubert and his wife Tracey of Terre Haute; a brother, Samuel Richard Poff and his wife Eileen of Terre Haute; and four sisters, Mary Lansaw, Charlene Grafe and Maxine Mitchell, all of Terre Haute, and Beverly Herrington and her husband Jim of West Terre Haute. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, Anita, Jennifer, Jason, Andrea, Chloe, Cameron, Darin, Dustin, Megan and Mallory; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Geneva Smith, Christine Brownfield, Martha Garwood and Rose Brandenburg. Delores was a graduate of Clinton High School and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Along with her husband, Clem, the Lauberts taught bowling to students of the Vigo County School Corporation for many, many years. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Prayers will begin at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009 in Callahan and Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with mass of Christian burial to follow at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Church with the Rev. Rick Ginther officiating. Entombment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Edmund.Clem was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving as a radio operator in Alaska, Montana and Rockville, Ind. He worked at Moore-Langen Printing for 38 years. After retirement, Coach Clem and his wife, Delores, taught bowling to elementary students in the Vigo County School Corporation for many years.He was deeply devoted to St. Patrick Catholic Church, where he was a member for 47 years, serving regularly as an usher and Eucharistic minister. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 541. As an avid sportsman, Clem was a member of the Greater Terre Haute Bowling Association Hall of Fame, 700 Club, Indiana Softball Hall of Fame, and a lifetime member of Valley Field and Stream. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Clem will be deeply missed.Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Rick Ginther presiding. Entombment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. Spaulding, on July 21, 1956 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana.5,1,2,3,6 James Benjamin "Jim" Herrington died on January 28, 2020 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana, at age 87.3 He Jim Herrington, aged 87, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on October 19, 1932, to James Russell and Beulah Bell (Kluesner) Herrington. He served in the Army as an engineer during the Korean War and told interesting stories of his time with his fellow soldiers. He grew up an avid sports lover and coached many kids in little league as well as biddy basketball, seeing potential in each child he coached. He became an electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local 725 and retired in 1994 and a member of the Masonic Lodge 687 in West Terre Haute. He was active in local politics as a member of the Town Board of West Terre Haute. His most valued position was serving the Lord as a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He taught Sunday School and was a certified Lay Speaker. His life mission was to live his life according to the Word of God. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Beverly (Poff) Herrington, his children, James C. Herrington, Brian Herrington (Teresa), Douglas Herrington (Kimberly), Phillip Herrington, Stephanie Bartlett (Nathan); grandchildren Lori Weed (Derek), Josh Herrington (Stephanie), Emily Herrington, James Malachi Herrington, Hannah Herrington, Justin Bartlett (Kelsey), Haley Bartlett, Ian Bartlett (Macaira); great grandchildren, Ezra, Juliette, and Calvin Weed; sisters, Thelma Upman (Tom) and Esther Thompson; sisters-in-law Shirley Herrington and Charlene Grafe; brother-in-Law S. Richard Poff; several nieces, nephews, loved cousins, and special friends, Bill and Marty Dunbar and James A Prouse. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gordon Herrington. Burial will follow at Dunlap Cemetery. on January 29, 2020.3
