Rapp; sister, Nancy Boothe; brother, Walter Smith; sister-in-law, Janet Smith; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Daniel's family would like to give a special "Thank You" to his caregivers at Skyline Nursing Home in Floyd, Va., as well as John Hamon who took care of his legal and medical program needs. on April 24, 2015.4
