Moore of Dallas, Texas, and Justin G. Moore of the home; two daughters, Brooke M. From of Simpsonville, S.C., and Jaime L. Moore of the home; and three grandchildren, April, Christopher and Caleb. Ira N. McColl Ira McColl, age 80, of Steeleville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11:20 p.m. in his home. Ira was born on September 17, 1936 in Belleville, IL, a son to Ira and Georgia (Raban) McColl. On April 23, 1971 he married Ruth Ratliff in Waukegan, IL. Ira worked a fulfilling career in law enforcement being a Deputy Sheriff for Platte and Converse Counties in Wyoming from 1974 to 1992 and finally retiring after working at Menard Correctional Center where he worked as a cat walk guard. Ira was a veteran of the Navy having served aboard the USS Bristol, and in both the Vietnam and Korean War. Ira was a proud member of the USS Bristol Association Navy Club and the National Rifle Association, he also loved fishing and hunting. Survivors include three sons, Joey Lee Taylor (Suzette Hagan) of Wheatland, WY, Terry Wayne Taylor of Battle Mountain, NV, and Kenneth Michael McColl of Steeleville, IL and two grandchildren Jessica and Joshua Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and his brother Ricky McColl.2 He and Carole Jean Jones were divorced.2 Ira N. He was a certified criminal justice specialist, a master addictions counselor, a certified chemical dependency counselor, and a domestic violence counselor. He loved poker playing with friends and family. He liked fishing and camping. He enjoyed playing the slots at casinos. He was known by friends and family good as a listener, and would often share his "faith based" philosophy on life. He treasured his family, and was especially proud of his two granddaughters, "moonbeam" and "sunshine". He is survived by his former wife; Debra Jones of Kenosha; one son, James L.B. (DeChantel Kosmatka-Jones) Jones of Kenosha; two daughters, Jennifer J. (Kevin) Erb and Lisa (Stephen) Ruppa, both of Kenosha; two grandchildren, Olivia and Emily Erb; and one sister, Carole Jean Fenn of Mesa, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Patricia and Phyllis. A committal service will be held at Southern WI Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove, WI. on April 26, 2006.4

She enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, watching NASCAR and loved animals, especially Yorkshire Terriers and hummingbirds. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Dana Curtis Edds. She is survived by her daughters, Melisa Miller Nordmeyer (Christopher) and Danielle Leigh Cook; grandchildren: Aspen Sage Cleveland, Ellis Ruby Cook, and Oona Anne Cook; great-grandchildren, Asher Dawson Cleveland and Sophia Ruby Cleveland; and sister, Valerie Peavey.
