Upon moving back to West Virginia in 1975, he worked for Andy Clark Ford in Princeton until his retirement in 1998. Eddie attended Peaceful Valley Church in Gardner. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Deloris "Gloria" Davis Lawrence; his daughter, Virginia Denise Wyatt of Lerona; his son, Daniel Eddie Lawrence and wife Teresa of Lewisburg; and his youngest son, Andrew Harless Lawrence who resided with and helped provide care for Eddie and Deloris; sisters, Mary and David Lively of Yorktown, Va., Joyce and Cary Cahoon of Highland Springs, Va; brothers, Fred and Rita Lawrence of Yorktown, Va., Jack and Joyce Lawrence of Pipestem, Bill and June Lawrence of Newport News, Va; grandsons, Justin Travis Wyatt and Paul Lawrence; granddaughters, Stephanie and Joe Terry, Annie and Matt Hill, Brianna Kristine Lawrence; great-grandchildren, Trenton and Jayden Hill. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Delmar Stilwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pettry Family Cemetery just off Indian Ridge Road near Pipestem. on March 2, 2010.3
