Rigg and wife, Christann; two sisters, Cherryl Hartman, and Patricia Rodriquez and husband, Eddie; a mother-in-law, Maurice Whedbee; a father-in-law, Carl Gilliam; a sister-in-law, Valerie Whedbee; a brother-in-law, Carl Whedbee; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rigg was preceded in death by a sister, Constance Grace Rigg Brown. on July 31, 2017.6
