W., Roanoke, Virginia.⁴ She was born on August 23, 1916 at Blackwater, Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,2,5,4,3 As of April 2, 1948,her married name was Conner.^1,2 She married David William Conner Jr., son of David William Conner Sr. and Kate Ann "Katie" Jones, on April 2, 1948 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,2,6 Mary Florence Elizabeth Jamison died on January 31, 2010 at Bedford Co., Virginia, at age 93.^1,6,5 She Mary J. Conner, of Roanoke, Va., died on January 31, 2010, at age 93. She was preceded in death by her husband, David W. Conner Jr; parents, John Hairston Jamison and Cynthia Elizabeth Akers Jamison; five sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Wells and her husband, Allen; grandchildren, Jack Wells and Allison Krantz; greatgrandchildren, Katie Krantz and Rainey Krantz; her son, Mark B. Conner and his wife, Michelle; and grandchildren, Zack Conner and Sam Conner; and her son, Jeff. She was a sensitive loving person devoted to her husband and children and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. on February 8, 2010.¹
