He was an amazing father to Amanda (Phil) Crowder of Charleston, Sarah (Chad) Chambers of Cross Lanes and Robert "B.J." Ward of Dry Branch. He was also an outstanding and compassionate grandfather to Kaleb and Khloe Crowder and Makena and Cyler Chambers. Also surviving are his mother, Joyce Nalle of East Bank; sister, Sandra (Brad) Curry of East Bank; and special niece, Nikki Pullen. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet, with the Rev. Tom Burnside officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.3 He married Shirley A. White and Hester Frances Paxton, on July 8, 1922 at Nicholas Co., West Virginia.1 Eliga Lewis Sr. died on November 4, 1988 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia, at age 93.2,5,6,4 He Eliga (Radio) Lewis Sr., 93, died Friday, Nov. 4, in a Beckley hospital after a long illness. Born April 4, 1895, at Boyd, Ky., he was the son of the late California and Elizabeth Seeden Lewis, He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Lewis, and six children. Mr. Lewis was a retired miner and a U.S. Army World War I veteran. Survivors include three sons, James Lewis of Crichton, Melvin Lewis of Lester and Hollie Lewis of Huntington; four daughters, Dolly Dick of Scarbro, Gail Lewis of Oak Hill, Cleo Jordon of Mercer, Pa., and Drema Bragg of Quinwood; 22 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. Burial will be in the High Lawn Memorial Park at Oak Hill. on November 7, 1988.4

He has gone to Heaven to be with Jesus where he will be seizure free forevermore. Joey was 17 years old and a senior at Eastern Montgomery High School. He will be sadly missed by his parents and his extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lynwood Trump. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Greg and Revonda Walters; sister, Kim Walters; grandparents, Jean Trump, and Glenn and Nancy Walters; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Tammy Walters, Jennifer and Greg Ergenbright, Donald and Gwen Trump, and, Mark and Judy Trump; many cousins; and very special friends, Herbert Mills and Sandra Bland. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 1 p.m. at North Fork Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Johnston and Pastor Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home.
