Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in Flora Funeral Chapel with Rev. M. G. Goodpasture officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Walters and wife, Virginia of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Nancy Jo and George Hutchinson of Rocky Mount, David and Sandra Flinchum of Salem, Lori Anne Flinchum of Christiansburg, Melissa Poff and Donnie Shonkwiler of Vinton and William Mosby (Willie) Baker of Christiansburg; great grandchildren, Donald, Brandy and Leslie Steele of Christiansburg, Bradley Hutchinson of Rocky Mount; sisters-in-law, Mildred Walters of Christiansburg and Edna Harmon of Floyd.
