     Edgar Lee "Eddie" Deterding was buried at Arnold Cemetery, 1 mile south on Highway 40, Arnold, Custer Co., Nebraska.^4,5 He and Barbara Marie Flint were divorced.^3,4 Edgar Lee "Eddie" Deterding was born on February 1, 1938 at Arnold, Custer Co., Nebraska.^1,4,5 He married Barbara Marie Flint, daughter of Arthur Lloyd "Art" Flint and Estelle Viola "Babe" Dillon, on May 13, 1957 at Stapleton, Logan Co., Nebraska.^3,4 Edgar Lee "Eddie" Deterding died on November 2, 2011 at Broken Bow, Custer Co., Nebraska, at age 73.^4,5 He Edgar “Eddie” Lee Deterding, age 73 of Anselmo, passed away Nov. 2, 2011, at Broken Bow.He was born Feb. 1, 1938, in Arnold, to Edgar W. and Cleo Spratt Deterding. He graduated from Arnold High School in 1956. He married Barbara M. Flint in Stapleton, and resided on a farm south of Arnold. To this union four children were born; Susan, Judy, Bruce and Earl.Eddie farmed, ranched, worked at Arnold and Gothenburg sale barns and was a custom cowboy for area ranches.He later married Joyce Huddle, Jan. 25, 1986, in Ogallala. Eddie and Joyce celebrated their 25th anniversary in January. They resided in Anselmo, where Eddie worked at several area ranches until retiring. Eddie loved to take drives through the Sandhills and cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and great- grandchildren.Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Darrel Crow.Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Anselmo; daughters, Susan (Jeff) Hunter of Kempner, Texas, Judy (Bruce) Allen of Cheyenne, Wyo; sons, Bruce (Mary) Deterding of Eustis, Earl Deterding of Arnold; stepsons, Bob (Kristy) Phipps of Oak Springs, Colo., Gordon (Jerri) Huddle of Thedford, and Dale Huddle of Lincoln; grandchildren, Detrick and Michelle Thomas, Katelyn Allen, James and Cathy Deterding, Dustin and Lacey Deterding, Jordon Deterding, Jessica Deterding; step grandchildren, Mathew, Mark and Sara Phipps, Jesse Huddle; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Christopher and Sophia, Brett, Erinna and Taylor; sisters, Pat Crow, Cammy (John) Amen; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.Services were Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at Arnold United Methodist Church with burial in the Arnold Cemetery. Reverend Dale Coates officiated. on November 10, 2011.⁴

     Rhonda Lee Flint was buried at Arnold Cemetery, 1 mile south on Highway 40, Arnold, Custer Co., Nebraska.^2,3 She Ronda Lee Rose age 40, of Larkspur, Colorado passed away at Sky Ridge Medical Center Friday, November 3, 2006. Ronda was born at North Platte to Robert and Jean (Miller) Flint April 18, 1966. Ronda grew up in Arnold and graduated with the class of 1984. While attending Arnold High School, her activities included Girls State Representative, A-Club, basketball, track, and cheerleading. She attended Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte. There she received a degree in Computer Science. Later she trained and received her CNA/CMA. She cared for numerous elderly including her Aunt Bunch and Grandma Babe. Ronda's special interests were her family, friends, pets, horseback riding, flowers, wildlife, fishing, antiques and selling anything to anyone who wasn't looking. Ronda is survived by her devoted husband and true love, Gary E. Rose of Larkspur, Colorado. They were married December 18, 1993 at Paxton and moved to St. Francis, Kansas. They renewed their vows November 3, 2006. She is also survived by sons: Joshua R. Snyder Flint, Austin L. Snyder of Nebraska; Scott (Jennifer) Rose of Louisburg, Kansas; Michael (Lisa) Rose of Richmond, Virginia. Daughters: Christina (Allen) Grimmett of Parsons, Kansas: Michelle (Jody) Cook of Joplin, Missouri; Tracy (Tim) Vorhees of Altamont, Kansas. Grandchildren; Stephanie Louise Rose, Kyle Rose, Samantha, Mathew and Aaron Grimmett, Tara Wynn, Stephen McCurdy, and Kandi Vorhees. Two great-grandchildren; Dakota and Alexis Wynn. Her Parents: Robert and Jean Flint of Arnold. Brothers: Bobby and wife, Elizabeth and son, Richard Paul, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Shad Flint of Hutchinson, Kansas; Michael and wife, Corina and children Andrew, Daniel, Emily and Abby Flint of Broken Bow. Aunts and Uncles; Barb (Harold) Whitcomb of Arnold; Tim (Kerri) Miller of Gothenburg; Sharron (Terry) Conley of Arnold; Robert (Micky) Miller of Kernersville, North Carolina. Pets; Ruby (Scottie) and Ace (Black German Short-hair). And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ronda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Art and Estelle Flint and Al and Doris Miller. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (today), November 9, 2006, at the Arnold Baptist Church. Burial will be held at the Arnold Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Michael Flannery and Jerry Headley of Larkspur, Colorado; Butch Ewing, Farrell McAtee, Craig Brent, Gilbert Sherlock, Derek Fromholtz and Ronnie Zimbelman of St. Francis, Kansas.² Her married name was Snyder.¹ She married Jeff Snyder.¹ Rhonda Lee Flint was born on April 18, 1966 at North Platte, Lincoln Co., Nebraska.^2,3 As of December 18, 1993,her married name was Rose.¹ She married Gary Eugene Rose on December 18, 1993 at Paxton, Keith Co., Nebraska.^1,2,3 Rhonda Lee Flint died on November 3, 2006 at Larkspur, Douglas Co., Colorado, at age 40.^2,3
