Mrs. Nelepovitz was born January 22, 1927 in Clifton Forge, VA. She was the youngest of six and graduated from high school in Norfolk, VA. She went on to nursing school where she earned her RN degree. Mrs. Nelepovitz joined the Army and served during the Korean War when she met her future husband, Richard Nelepovitz, an Army officer on his way to Korea. They moved to California in 1954 where they raised their four children. The Nelepovitz family moved to San Diego in 1973. Mrs. Nelepovitz was preceded in death by her husband Richard and her grandson Ryan McNaughton. She is survived by her four children, Richard, Donald, Mary McNaughton and James. She has eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. All will miss her very much. on August 13, 2014.5

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a son, William Berkley Taylor III and wife, Elizabeth, of Madison Heights; three daughters, Sheila Austin and husband, Steve, of Madison Heights, Jackie Stanley and husband, Kenneth, of Culpeper, and Barbara Ragland and husband, Doug, of Forest; a stepson, John M. Cash of Williamsburg; two stepdaughters, Rebecca C. Dean and Barbara Clodfelter, both of Lynchburg; a sister, Nettie Harris of Gladstone; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his faithful dog, "Snoopy." He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, two brothers and five sisters. Burial will follow in the Amherst Cemetery with Masonic rites by the Clinton Lodge #73 AF and AM of Amherst. The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses of Hospice of the Hills for their attentive care of Mr. Taylor during his illness. on May 22, 2009.2

     Marvin Bishop Miller Sr. Marvin Bishop Miller, Sr., 91, of Madison Heights, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at his residence. He was the husband of Anne Hudson Miller. Born on February 1, 1928 in Nelson County, he was the son of the late Martin Bishop Miller and the late Annie Taylor Walker. Marvin served our country in the United States Army Air Force and retired from the C & O Railroad after 49 years of service. He was a member of Amherst Baptist Church and two masonic lodges, Clinton Lodge #73 and Trayler Daylight Lodge. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Marvin is survived by is his wife, Anne Miller; daughter, Sharon Miller; two sons, Steven Miller and wife Debbie and Marvin Miller, Jr; four grandchildren, Andrew Monce, Amanda Tilly, Jessica Wingfield, and Augustus Miller; six great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.3 He was buried at Amherst Cemetery, Amherst, Amherst Co., Virginia.9 He was born on February 1, 1928 at Amherst Co., Virginia.1,9,4 He married Anne Louise Hudson on March 25, 1950 at Chesterfield, Chesterfield Co., South Carolina.3,10 Marvin Bishop Miller Sr. died on February 8, 2019 at Madison Heights, Amherst Co., Virginia, at age 91.3,9
