     Ellen Frances Coiner Ellen Coiner Phillips, 56, of Harrisonburg, died on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at her home. She had been ill for the past year. She was born on May 19, 1947, in Augusta County and was a daughter of Edward Coiner of Sherando and the late Susan Metchiff Coiner. Mrs. Phillips was a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School and attended Ferrum College. She retired from DuPont in Waynesboro after 23 years of service. She was a member of the Stanley New Hope Pentecostal Church. Surviving in addition to her husband, Ronnie Phillips are a daughter, Amy Craighead of Boise, Idaho; two stepsons; a brother, Eric Coiner of Sherrando; two sisters, Penny Huffman of Stuarts Draft, and Sue Neil Broschinski of Waynesboro; three step grandchldren and numerous nieces and nephews. Burial was in East Lawn Memorial Gardens near Harrisonburg.³ She was buried at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, 3289 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, Rockingham Co., Virginia.^3,6 Her Social Security Number was 223-66-8087.⁴ She was born on May 19, 1947 at Waynesboro, Augusta Co., Virginia.^1,2,6,4,5 She married Everette Oscar Craighead, son of Ralph Christian Craighead and Trudy Alice Conner, on September 6, 1966 at Shawsville, Montgomery Co., Virginia.¹ As of September 6, 1966,her married name was Craighead.¹ Ellen Frances Coiner and Everette Oscar Craighead were divorced on November 14, 1973 at Augusta Co., Virginia.² Ellen Frances Coiner died on December 4, 2003 at Harrisonburg, Rockingham Co., Virginia, at age 56.^6,4,7
