He was born in Pineville, N.C., a son of Richard Keith and Kelly Bourne Webster. Burial will follow in the Crown Memorial Park in Pineville, N.C. Survivors include his parents, Richard Keith and Kelly Webster, of Fort Mill; maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Bourne, of Bluefield, W.Va; maternal grandfather, Randy Bourne and wife, Shirley, of Princeton, W.Va; paternal grandparents, Ricky and Gail Foster, of Hardy, Va; great paternal grandparents, Richard and Ruth Webster, of Boones Mill, Va; and great maternal grandmother, Betty Simmons, of Hardy, Va; two brothers, Jacob and Zachary Webster, of Fort Mill; uncle, Garrett Foster, of Hardy, Va. and aunt and uncle, Katie and Jon Burnley, of Fort Mill and loving family.² He was born on July 3, 2009 at Pineville, Mecklenburg Co., North Carolina.^1,2 He died on October 7, 2010 at Fort Mill, York Co., South Carolina, at age 1.²

     Patricia Ann O'Neal Patricia Ann O'Neal, Jan 24, 1949 - Jan 6, 2021. Patricia Ann O’Neal, beloved daughter, sister, mom, and grandma, entered in her heavenly rest on January 6, 2021. She was born on January 24, 1949, in Crab Orchard WV. She was the second of six children born to Evelyn Meadows O’Neal of Moundsville WV and the late Jasper W. O’Neal II. Pat was the mother of three children, her son, Sean Patrick Smith of Moundsville WV, and daughters, Barbara Kathleen Kase of Benwood WV and Patty Sue Smith who was there waiting at heaven’s gate to welcome mom home. She is also survived by siblings, William (Marilyn) O’Neal of Florida, Jasper W. (Martha) O’Neal III of Moundsville WV, Debi Day and Valerie Varner both of Moundsville WV, and Vicki Lough of Powhattan Point OH. as well as several nieces and nephews. Pat was a loving “Grammy” of four grandchildren who were her greatest love, Faith Nicholle Bowers, Jonathan Patrick Lorring Kase, Richard Patrick Hughes-Smith, and Zachary Wakulicz.³ She was born on January 24, 1949 at Crab Orchard, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.³ As of October 10, 1975,her married name was Smith.² She married Timothy Cameron Smith on October 10, 1975 at Bell Co., Texas.² Patricia Ann O'Neal died on January 6, 2021 at Moundsville, Marshall Co., West Virginia, at age 71.³

Marshall was employed with ESIWV, Inc. as a survey manager for 36 years. He enjoyed the outdoors activities of hunting, fishing, riding his Harley Davidson and spending time in the company of family and friends. He will be sorely missed by those who knew him for his kindness and sense of humor but most importantly for being a great father, grandfather, son, brother, brother-in-law and friend. Marshall is survived by his parents Rev. Bud and Bernice Israel, children Joshua Reed Israel and Sarah Beth Johnson, grandchildren Jake Johnson and Christian Zimmerman, sisters Cathy Lynn Skelton and husband John, and Nancy Lee Beckett and husband, David. Interment will follow at Calfee Cemetery, Mt. Francis Jennings "Bud" Israel and Bernice Jane Haynes, on December 7, 1985 at Narrows, Giles Co., Virginia.¹ Roger Hughes Bright died on August 25, 2000 at Rensselaer, Jasper Co., Indiana, at age 33; Died in an auto accident.^2,3,4,5,7,8 He Roger Hughes Bright, 33, of 109 Riverview Drive in Pembroke, died Friday evening, August 25, 2000, in a motor vehicle accident in Jasper Co., IN where he was working. Born in Fairmont, WV on May 26, 1967, he is a son of Roger B. &Sandra Lilly Bright of Shady Springs, WV. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and employed with Interstate Electric Co. and was a Christian of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his beloved wife, Teresa Spangler Bright; his three children, Tara Renee Bright, Krista Danielle Bright, and Roger Aric Bright, all of the home; his parents; two brothers, Bradley Bright & wife, Michelle of East Bend, NC and Joel Bright of Shady Springs, WV; a sister, Shannon & husband, Jeff Noble of Princeton, WV; his mother-in-law, Gloria W. Spangler of Roanoke; and a sister-in-law, Vanessa S. Martin of Roanoke. Burial will follow in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. on August 28, 2000.⁴
