She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Radford Ward and was preceded in death by two grandchildren Timothy Ray Terry and Roger Dean Nance, Jr. Surviving are her husband, Charles Truman Williams; two sons, Alvin M. Tawney and wife, Dorothy of Dublin, and Charles Franklin Tawney of Christiansburg; four daughters, Brenda D. Cox and husband, Larry B. of Christiansburg, Debbie A. Nance and husband, Roger of Pearisburg, Gloria S. Tawney of Christiansburg, Bonnie M. Woolwine and husband, Ronald of Radford; five brothers, Ward M. Songer of Pembroke, Jack D. Songer of Blacksburg, Daniel Songer of Richmond, Edward Songer and Michael Songer both of Christiansburg; two sisters, Virginia S. Davis of Salem and Lois S. Breeding of Pembroke; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a very special friend Raymond L. Dunnigan. Burial will be in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. on February 25, 1998.5

Born March 4, 1938 at Sarton, WV he was the son of the late Remus Hayes and Eva Lillian Broyles Weikle. Mr. Weikle was a self employed flea marketer, specializing in tool handle sales. He was also a member of the Mt. Herman Baptist Church at Sarton, WV. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Emogene Dosier and Vada Amos; and one brother-in-law, Billy Joe Weikle. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Madeline Amos Weikle of Union, WV; two daughters, Joan Walker and husband Mickey of Wikel, WV, and Jennifer Bonds and husband Ernie of Hilldale, WV; five grandchildren, Rose, Cheyanne, Destiny, Christy , and David; three great-grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, and Angel; one sister, Roxanne Lee Weikle of Ft. Wayne, IN; one brother-in-law, Calvin Amos of Rock Camp, WV; one sister-in-law, Diane Graham and husband Kenwood of Rock Camp, WV; very special friend, Mindy Jones; special pet, “Freckles”; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Burial will follow in the Mt.      Susan Annette Moye was buried at Angels Rest Memorial Gardens, Giles Co., Virginia.2 She Susan Annette Moye, 53 of Pearisburg, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, in the care of the New River Valley Medical Center. Susan was born on June 25, 1967, in Giles County to the late William D. and Reida Ann Lucas Moye. Susan is survived by her son, Zachary Moye of Pearisburg, and her brother, Dan Moye of Pearisburg. She also survived by her aunts, Darlene Lucas of Pembroke, Becky Proco of Christiansburg, and Betty Harvey of Newport, and numerous cousins and friends survive as well. The Burial will follow in the Angels Rest Memorial Gardens in Narrows. Zachary Moye, Jamie Snider, Derek Snider, Josh Combs, Alfonso Martin, Clendal Brown, and Charlie Lucas will serve as pallbearers.2 She was born on June 25, 1967 at Giles Co., Virginia.2,3 She died on February 21, 2021 at Christiansburg, Montgomery Co., Virginia, at age 53.2
