     Jeanne Evelyn Via was buried at Arborcrest Memorial Park and Chapel Mausoleum, 2521 Glazier Way, Ann Arbor, Washtenaw Co., Michigan.7 She Jeanne V. Ogle, age 85, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 30, 2016 in Boise, ID. Jeanne was born Nov. 21, 1930 in Covington, OH to Milford and Geraldine Via. She attended Manchester College in Indiana where she met the love of her life, Tom Ogle. They were married 62 wonderful years. Together they raised four children in Ann Arbor, MI. Jeanne loved her 23 years working at the Ann Arbor Public Library where she made many dear friends. She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was known to all as a gracious hostess. Everyone who came to her home felt welcomed and a part of the family. Parties were her specialty. Jeanne enjoyed all that Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan had to offer: museums, concerts, the summer Art Fair, and especially the excitement of home games at The Big House. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband Tom Ogle. She is survived by her children: Thomas II (Jan), Pastor Steve (Mamie), Jennifer Clayton (Rader), and Julia Weeden; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; her loving sister, Shirley Clark and brother Larry Via. God Bless all the family and friends who loved our Mom.      Thomas M. Ogle Thomas M. Ogle, age 85, of Ann Arbor, passed away early Friday morning, January 3rd 2014, at University of Michigan Hospital. He was born October 16 of 1928 in Springfield, OH to Rev. Homer R. and "Lilian" Juanita Kidd Ogle. He served in World War II and the Korean War with the United States Army. He married Jeanne Via on September 23, 1951 in North Manchester, IN. He lived and raised his family in Ann Arbor, MI and was a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. While an avid golfer, most important to him was his love of family. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; Thomas, II (Jan); Rev. Stephen (Mamie); Jennifer (Rader Clayton); Julia Weeden; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; as well as siblings, Dick, Harry and Nancy. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, April. He also beat cancer - twice.5 He was born on October 16, 1928 at Springfield, Clark Co., Ohio.5 He married Jeanne Evelyn Via, daughter of Milford Edward Via and Geraldine Blanche Berkenmeier, on September 21, 1951 at North Manchester, Wabash Co., Indiana.1,2,3,5,6 Thomas M.      Judith Ann Via Judith A. Via, 82, of Big Springs, Texas, formerly of Brazil, passed away September 1, 2020. She was born July 22, 1938 in Indianapolis, IN. the daughter of Wilton Albert Via and Louise Naomie Nation Via. She graduated from Mooresville High School in 1956. She continued her education at Indiana State University, graduating in 1973. Her work career was mainly in bookkeeping, clerical work, and with the Morris Plan. She was also a civil service worker with the Federal Government, level GS-9 from 1981-2009. She attended many churches over the years including Methodist, Presbyterian, and Pentecostal Churches. Some of her favorite hobbies were reading, being in her home and spending time with her dogs. She enjoyed music, being by the sea and reading the Bible. A favorite memory of hers was hiking in the mountains in the Phoenix area, climbing and the descent. She is survived by her children, Dana Kirk of Brazil and Lisa Kirk Petrowski (Joe) of Big Springs, TX; grandchildren, J.D. Miller (Rose), Sara Thomas (Josh), Lesley Watts, Justin, Jeremy, Jacob, Katrina and Valerie Petrowski; great-grandchildren, Michaela, Karli, Laila, Hunter, Dillion, Garrett, Kylie, Kaitlyn, Jase, Kyler, Kashton and Koby; one great-great-grandson Beckham; brother, Daniel Via of Champaign, IL; one sister Rosemary Walter of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Nancy Haggerty; her first husband and father of her children, Merlin Terrel Kirk. Graveside services will be held at Mt.      Nancy Alberta Via BRAZIL - Nancy A. Beachkofsky Haggerty, 73 of Brazil, passed away at her home, April 23, 2017, from complications due to pulmonary hypertension. She was born Dec. 29, 1943, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Wilton Albert Via and Louise Naomi Nation Via. She graduated from Mooresville High School and then entered nursing school at Ball Memorial Hospital. After receiving her diploma, she had the opportunity to continue her nursing education and then achieved a master's degree in Community Health Nursing. Later through a government-sponsored program through Indiana University School of Nursing and School of Medicine she obtained the level of Family Nurse Practitioner. Nancy was a pioneer in the field of nurse practitioner in the Wabash Valley. She worked with Dr. Curt Oehler for many years in both the office and hospital. She worked at both Union Hospital, Terre Haute Regional Hospital and in many other clinical settings throughout the area. Nancy was also a professor in the Indiana State University, School of Nursing for over 20 years. She was a care-giver all her life, never expecting, but always giving back. Nancy was an accomplished nurse and educator, but she would say her greatest accomplishment was her five children. She always gave more than she would expect back both at work, in her community, and at home. Her children were her most treasured part of life and she raised them with high expectations, and they did not disappoint. Nancy educated herself on the Jewish religion when she and David Beachkofsky were married and she was a member of the United Hebrew Congregation in Terre Haute. Other memberships include Sigma Theta Tau, Nursing Honor Society and the Indiana State Nurses Association. On June 21, 1996, Nancy was united in marriage to Dr. Fred Haggerty, he survives. Other survivors include her children, Michael Beachkofsky and wife Dr. Michelle Beachkofsky of Charlotte, N.C., Dr. Joel Beachkofsky and wife Dr. Angela Beachkofsky of Atlanta, Ga., Sarah Beachkofsky and husband Eric Moore of Hilton Head, S.C., Andrea Beachkofsky of South Bend, and Dr. Tom Beachkofsky and wife Dr. Jessica Beachkofsky of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, David, Parker, Chase, Ari, Adair, Amelia and Madison. Following her marriage to Fred, she gained three step-children, Fred Haggerty Jr. and wife Betty Jo Eden Prairie, Wis., Leslie Ann Lizarraga and husband Carlos, of Fort Wayne, and James Haggerty and wife Danimes "Donna" and step-grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Lucas, Carlos Jr., and Ana Marie; one brother, Daniel Via of Champaign, Ill; two sisters, Rosemary Walter of Indianapolis, and Judy Via of Big Springs, Texas; and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, David Beachkofsky in 1992. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery, in Terre Haute.
