     James Dean Parker James Dean Parker, age 55, of Charleston, WV, and formerly of Oakland, CA, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, WV. Born December 9, 1962, he was the son of Dr. James Lacy Parker of Peterstown, WV, and the late Ada Amalia Koch Parker. James was self employed and a member of the American Legion. In addition to his father, survivors include one son, William Dean Parker of Lakeside, CA; two daughters, China Ann Juring of Las Vegas, NV, and Fallon Michael Amundson of Idaho; one sister, Patti Arboneda and husband Weng of Peterstown, WV; one nephew, James Arboneda; one grandson; and two granddaughters.³ He was born on December 9, 1962.³ He died on February 25, 2018 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 55.³

Va. and Nancy Parker of Blaine, Minn; and two grandsons, Joshua and Jacob Delp of Manassas. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He retired from General Electric Co. in 1990 as a field service technician. Graveside services will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Jefferson, MD. on October 30, 2000.⁶

     Micheal Paul Shaffer Micheal Shaffer, 41, of Miami Beach, Fla., passed away, Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, at his residence. He was born Dec. 7, 1976, in Ashland, the son of Paul Shaffer Jr. and Charlotte Martell. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Paul Shaffer Sr.; maternal grandparents, Don and Dollie Iddings; an uncle, John Shaffer; and a cousin, Lisa Cordle. Micheal was a former Crane Tech. He stayed busy working but in his free time, he enjoyed fishing, golfing and working on cars. He is survived by his parents, Paul (Judy) Shaffer Jr. and Charlotte (Don) Martell; paternal grandmother, Anna (Tracy) Russell; two uncles, Steven (Nancy) Iddings and Allen (Deb) Shaffer; two aunts, Peggy Coburn and Jane (Ballard) Johnson; and a host of cousins and other family and friends that will miss him dearly. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.¹ He was buried at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Flatwoods, Greenup Co., Kentucky.¹ He was born on December 7, 1976 at Ashland, Boyd Co., Kentucky.^1,2 He died on December 6, 2018 at Miami Beach, Dade Co., Florida, at age 41.¹
