Rita was born on October 20, 1945 in Bradshaw, West Virginia to the late Helen and Roy Vest. She retired as a custodian from the Anne Arundel County School Board. Rita loved her grandchildren most in her life, but also enjoyed traveling, shopping, playing cards, and visiting the park. Rita is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Albert "Lee" Castle; her beloved children, David L. Castle and his wife Bunny, Steve G. Castle, Matthew A. Castle and his wife Adrienne, and Kimberly A. Shaffer and her husband David; her cherished grandchildren, Kyle, Britney, Dustin, Emily, Michael, Alicia, Gavin, Amber, and Andrew; and her loving siblings, Clifford Vest, Fay Stansbury, Frances Lippy, Roy Vest, and Brenda Kennedy. Rita was predeceased by her dear siblings, Sharon McNalley and Bickley Vest.
