     Lindsay Brooke Shepard On April 13, 2015 Lindsay Brooke Shepard of Fort Wayne, IN was called home by Jesus unexpectedly and will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Lindsay was born in Roanoke, VA on December 18, 1984 and is survived by her parents, Gary & Monica A Shepard of Fort Wayne, IN, her brothers Chad and Parker Shepard of Fort Wayne, IN, her grandparents Steve and Vicki Akers of Columbus, OH, Joan Akers of Roanoke, VA, Marv and Joann Shepard of Hickory, NC and her Great Grandmother Florence Akers of Roanoke, VA. Lindsay will be remembered for her concern for helping others and her lively and spunky personality. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Our thanks to Jesus for allowing us to know and love Lindsay in her short life, and she will always be remembered until we see her again in heaven.⁴ She was buried at Franklin Memorial Park, Virgil Goode Highway, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.⁴ She was born on December 18, 1984 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^2,3,4 She died on April 13, 2015 at Fort Wayne, Allen Co., Indiana, at age 30.^3,4

     Steven Allen Scalf Steven A. “Peanut” Scalf, 25, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, September 21st at IU Health Goshen Hospital. He was born October 18, 1988 in Elkhart to Terry Dellinger and Mary (Scalf) Fenner. In addition to his parents, other survivors include 2 sisters, Courtney Fenner and Candice Scalf, both of Goshen; 1 brother, John (Amber Schiltz) Dellinger of Elkhart; 1 daughter, Riley Slabach of Elkhart; 3 aunts, Toni (Brent) Kreighbaum and Kate McAleer, both of Elkhart and Angie Dellinger of Mishawaka; maternal grandparents, Martis and Sue Scalf of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Tony Fenner.³ He was born on October 18, 1988 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.^3,2 He died on September 21, 2014 at Goshen, Elkhart Co., Indiana, at age 25.^3,2

     His Social Security Number was 309-38-7536.⁴ Raymond Bruce Estep was buried at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.^2,5,6 He was born on August 11, 1938 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.^2,3,4,5 He married Ruth Ann Welch, daughter of Ervin McCleon Welch and Eliza Lorena Hensley, on August 16, 1972 at Las Vegas, Clark Co., Nevada.^2,5,6,7 Raymond Bruce Estep died on May 10, 1992 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana, at age 53.^2,4,5,8 He Raymond B. Estep Aug. 11, 1938 - May 10, 1992. Raymond B. Estep, 53, of 917 Tipton died at 11:44 a.m. Sunday in Elkhart General Hospital after an illness. Mr. Estep was a former employee of the Elkhart Waste Water Treatment Plant He was born Aug. 11, 1938, in Elkhart. On Aug. 16, 1972, in Las Vegas, he married Ruth A. Welch. She survives with two daughters, Lorena R. Estep and Dorena R. Estep, both of Elkhart; a son, Johnny W. of Elkhart; three grandchildren; a sister, Wava Estep of Bristol; and two brothers, Carl and Larry both of Elkhart. Two grandchildren preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the Air Force. Burial will be in Prairie Street Cemetery. on May 11, 1992.⁵

John was born in Elkhart, IN and moved to Ocala, FL in 2004, where he was the owner and operator of Best Buy of Ocala car dealership. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sheryl Welch, and his sister, Jody. John is survived by his wife Jennifer Welch, children; Josh Welch, Elkhart, IN; Jamie Welch, Tristen Knight, Braxten Welch, Blake Centers and Kaylynn Centers, all of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, his father; John E. Welch of Ocala, FL; and brothers; Scott Welch, Ocala, FL and Bobby Welch, Elkhart, IN. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.² He married Jennifer Unknown.¹ John David Welch was born on December 20, 1964 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.⁴ He married Traci Lynn Birt on October 22, 1988 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.³ John David Welch died on February 26, 2018 at Ocala, Marion Co., Florida, at age 53.²
