     James Roger Moran James Roger Moran, May 31, 1936 - June 11, 2023. James Roger Moran, 87, of Oxford passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at home. He was the husband of Kay Rubincan Moran with whom he shared 63 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Thomas Oliver and Bessie Wilson Moran. Roger was a member of Nottingham Presbyterian Church. He was former supervisor of East Nottingham Township and the zoning hearing board. Roger was a dairy farmer and a mushroom grower for 30 years. He left farming in 1984 to work for Herr Foods Inc. in Nottingham. Roger loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Diane Robertson (Bruce) of Quarryville; two sons, Mark Moran (Natalie) of Landenberg and Scott Moran (Lisa) of Oxford; nine grandchildren, Ryan Robertson, Kaitlyn Nolt, Kyle, Collin, Clay, Cole, Thomas, Joseph and Sarah Moran; six great-grandchildren, Brynnley, Jackson and Hayden Robertson, Adley Nolt, Charlotte and Reese Moran; one brother, Larry Moran; and one sister, Winifred Moran-Sebastian.² He was born on May 31, 1936 at Coatsville, Chester Co., Pennsylvania.² He married Kay Rubincan circa 1960.² James Roger Moran died on June 11, 2023 at Oxford, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, at age 87.²

Sebastian, a partner in the law firm of MacElree, Harvey, Gallagher, Featherman and Sebastian in West Chester, Pa., died Sunday after accidentally shooting himself while hunting. Mr. Sebastian, 50, was hunting in a field behind his house on Elk View Road in Lincoln University, Pa. Pennsylvania State Police said he was trying to cross a barbed wire fence when his weapon discharged, striking him in the chest. He died in Southern Chester County Medical Center, Jennersville. Mr. Sebastian was a member of the Oxford United Methodist Church and several professional and civic organizations, including the Harvard Club of Philadelphia and the Oxford Rotary Club, where he was a former president. He was an Army intelligence officer, and later a platoon leader in the Vietnam War, and was awarded several medals, in cluding the Bronze Star. Survivors: wife of 19 years, Winifred Moran Sebastian; son, Curtis L., and daughter, Melinda J., both at home; father, Donald C. of Lincoln University; brothers, Gerald D. and Stacy E., both of Lincoln University, and Larry D. of Oxford. on May 6, 1997.¹

     Walter Lehman Wimmer was born on March 23, 1947 at Roanoke, Virginia.³ He married Sandra Inez Lewis on May 27, 1978 at Clark Co., Nevada.¹ Walter Lehman Wimmer and Sandra Inez Lewis were divorced on April 28, 1997 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.² Walter Lehman Wimmer died on June 28, 2009 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia, at age 62.⁴

Regnier, ("Billie"), 85, of Roanoke, died Sunday, January 16, 1994. She was the daughter of the late John and Ada Little of Salem, Va. Surviving are her husband, Julian Raymond Regnier; son, John R. Regnier and wife, Linda of Salem; sister, Margie Givens, Roanoke; granddaughters, Sonya Aultice and husband, Rick of Lynchburg, Heidi Saunders and husband, Kenny, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; great-grandchild, Zachary Saunders, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; sister-in-law, Mildred Regnier of Roanoke; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Helen Regnier, Roanoke; a number of nieces and nephews. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. on January 17, 1994.⁵
