     William Dewey Loving was buried at Southern Heritage Cemetery, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, Shelby Co., Alabama.³ His Social Security Number was 262-84-8557.⁵ He was born on August 31, 1948 at Lynchburg, Virginia.^1,2,4,5 He married Janis Lorraine Richardson, daughter of Harold Ward Richardson and Ruby Lorraine Wimmer, on August 7, 1971 at Roanoke, Virginia.¹ William Dewey Loving and Janis Lorraine Richardson were divorced on January 25, 1977 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.² William Dewey Loving died on May 24, 2008 at Pelham, Shelby Co., Alabama, at age 59.^3,5 He LOVING, William "Dewey" age 59, of Pelham, died May 24, 2008. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend. Known affectionately as "Dah" to his six cherished grandkids, "Mr. Dewey" will be remembered for his deep concern for the well-being of children worldwide. Active in Buck Creek Masonic Lodge #410 and Zamora Shrine Temple, "Mr. Dewey" and his bride of 32 years, Donna, have been enthusiastic supporters of Shriners Hospitals for Children. "Mr. Dewey" even shaved his head once to raise $1,000 for children with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate. "Mr. Dewey" was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Loving. In addition to "Mr. Dewey's" bride, Donna, survivors include his mother, Winfred Gillispie; two daughters, Mandy Loving-Crews and her husband Byron Crews, and Amy Barr; grandchildren, Brandon Buster, Jordan Loving, Gage Evans, Gracie Loving, Haley Crews, and Brandon Barr; sisters, Cindy (Gary) Bach and Diane (Jim) Pridemore; father and mother-in-law, Reuben and Winona Wingate; brothers-in-law, Terry (Beverly) Wingate, Jerry (Diane) Wingate, and Stanley (Sherry) Wingate; "Mr. Dewey's" dear friends, Wayne Dunaway and Larry Pence; beloved dog, Porter Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many other family and friends. Burial will follow in Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham with full Masonic rites. on May 26, 2008.³

Springer, 22, of 29373 Lagoon Road, rural Minier, died at 1 a.m. yesterday (Dec. 14, 1992) at Methodist Medical Center, Peoria. He had been ill. Burial will be in Mennonite Cemetery, Hopedale. He was born Aug. 19, 1970, in Peoria, the son of Duane and Freeda Cork Springer. Surviving are his parents, rural Minier; one brother, Roger, Hopedale; two sisters, Sherry Litwiller, rural Minier; and Kay Peachey, Reedsville, Pa; and his maternal grandmother, Villa Cork, Elgin. His paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather preceded him in death. Mr. Springer graduated from Olympia High School in 1988, from Hesston College at Hesston, Kan., in 1990 and was attending Bethel College in North Newton, Kan., majoring in communications when he became ill in February. He had done radio broadcasting at several stations in Kansas while attending school and for WCIC in Pekin. He was a member of Hopedale Mennonite Church. on December 15, 1992.³
