     Aron Samuel Sink Aron S. Sink, 83, of Roanoke County died Tuesday evening, March 14, 2017 at his home. Aron was a retired supervisor from Trent Plumbing & Heating. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Molly Sink, his son, Arnold L. Sink and his brothers, Allen, Marvin, Guy and Earnest Sink. Surviving are his devoted and loving wife of 25 years, June Wimmer Sink, his children, Dinah, Christine, Rebecca and Molly, his stepchildren, Eleanor and Daniel, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, his brother, Jimmy Sink, his sister, Lena Merritt, also numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to say “thanks” to Gentle Shepherd Hospice nurses for all their care and concern for Aron. Interment to follow in Franklin Memorial Park.² He was buried at Franklin Memorial Park, Virgil Goode Highway, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.^2,3 He was born on February 28, 1934 at Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,4,3 He married June Eleanor Wimmer, daughter of Eldridge Huff "Alec" Wimmer and Grace Althea Williams, on October 18, 1991 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,2 Aron Samuel Sink died on March 14, 2017 at Roanoke Co., Virginia, at age 83.^2,3

     Patricia Lynn Lucas Lynn Lucas Wimmer of Roanoke, Va., was born on May 3, 1950, and went to be with her Savior on Monday, April 1, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Lucas, and is survived by her husband, James E. Wimmer; son, Steven Charles Wimmer (Jenna, Sola, Clem and Pax); mother, Pat Nelson Lucas; sister, Leslie Young; brother, Rick Lucas; and stepsons, James E. Wimmer Jr. (Anna, Anastasiia) William Alex Wimmer (Katie, Justin, and Dylan), and Matthew Belmont Wimmer (Patty, Ryan Cordle, Faith and Kayla). Lynn graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1968. She attended East Tennessee State for three years majoring in English. Lynn was a member and actively involved in First Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Roanoke, Va. She served as head Deacon, sang in the choir, played handbells, and led many Bible studies. Lynn will be missed by all who knew and loved her.³ She was born on May 3, 1950 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,2,3 As of May 6, 1978,her married name was Wimmer.¹ She married James Eldridge Wimmer, son of Eldridge Huff "Alec" Wimmer and Grace Althea Williams, on May 6, 1978 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,3 Patricia Lynn Lucas died on April 1, 2024 at Virginia at age 73.³
