Tschan was buried at Canyon Hill Cemetery, 2024 N Illinois Avenue, Caldwell, Canyon Co., Idaho.3,4,5 He was born on September 29, 1880 at Calhoun, Richland Co., Illinois.3 He married Effie Poff, daughter of Henry Poff and Mary J. Campbell, on November 5, 1925 at Tacoma, Pierce Co., Washington.2 Henry W. U. Tschan died on June 22, 1930 at Caldwell, Canyon Co., Idaho, at age 49.3,5 He CALDWELL— Henry Tschan, 49, of Greenleaf, died Sunday night following an operation at a local hospital. He had been ill with a complication of diseases for some time and it was with the hope that an operation would prove beneficial that he was taken to the hospital Saturday. Surviving are his wife, Effie; two children, 3-year-old twins Lela Fay and Letha Fern; one brother, Frederick Tschan, and a sister Miss Dora Tschan, both of the Sunny Slope district. Interment will be in Canyon Hill cemetery. Mr Tschan was born in Calhoun, Ill., September 29, 1881. His parents were born in Switzerland. on June 24, 1930.5

Campbell, on February 10, 1895 at Coffeyville, Montgomery Co., Kansas; Both obituaries have a marriage year of 1895 in Independence, KS.6,4,7 Fred A. Brown Fred A. Brown, 86, 3124 Clark, died at Mercy hospital at 7:20 a.m. today following long period of failing health. He entered the hospital Sunday and his condition had been critical since that time. A retired stone mason, he was born July 30, 1864 in Sinclair county, Ill. When two years of age he went with his family to Wichita. He was married at Independence on Feb. 10, 1894 to Amanda Poff of Coffeyville. They came to Parsons in 1899 and he had resided here continuously since that time. Mrs. Brown died May 5, 1945. He was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren church. Survivors include three sons, Clarence L. of Sweet Hone, Ore., Merl M. of Coffeyville and Vernon W. of Wichita; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Thieme of Kansas City and Mrs. Gladys Swenson of Gay Center; three brothers, C. C. of Oklahoma City, L. H. of Wichita and Otto of Estancia, N. M; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Enders of Coffeyville and Mrs. Katie Williams of El Reno, Ok., 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Oakwood. on July 26, 1950.4 He died on July 26, 1950 at Parsons, Labette Co., Kansas, at age 85.4

Harsen - On October 22, 2013 our beloved Mother, Nannie, GG and friend was peacefully reunited with her husband Kirk in the Kingdom of Heaven.      Susan Marie Harsen was buried at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Water Valley, Yalobusha Co., Mississippi.5,3 She Susan Marie Harsen Davis, age 64, died Monday, February 24, 2014 at her home in Water Valley, MS. She was born August 21, 1949 in Seattle, WA to the late Sylvester and Margaret Hewitt Harsen. Susan served in the United States Navy, and earned a master’s degree in nursing. She was a faithful member of Christ the Rock Apostolic Church in Oxford, MS where she served as Co-facilitator for the On-Track Life Enrichment Program and Director of the Women’s Esprit’ Program. Susan enjoyed cooking, sewing, helping others and spent much of her time volunteering as a school nurse and a bus driver for the Oxford Christian Academy. Her life revolved around her church and her family. Burial will be in the Pine Crest Memorial Cemetery in Yalobusha County, MS with Richard Harsen, Milt Marle, George Maloley, Jesse Morris, Michael Hill and Charley Norwood serving as pallbearers. Luke Norwood, Parker Hill, Billy Henry, Gene Norwood, Delbert Tritsch, Chris Norwood, Kendale King and Jacob Norwood will serve as honorary pallbearers. Susan is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Charley) Norwood of Water Valley, MS and Tonya Morris of Memphis, TN; her sisters, Sharon Maloley (George) of Phoenix, AZ and Kim Marle (Milt) of Denver, CO; her brother, Richard Harsen (Glenda) of Spring Hill, TN; and five grandchildren, Briana Norwood, Brooke Norwood, Bradyn Norwood, Luke Norwood and Charlie Grace Norwood.
