Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Blue Grass Cemetery, north of Martinsville. Surviving are her parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Monnie Galeener, all of Martinsville; great-grandparents, Cora Veech and Ina Galeener, both of Martinsville; Mr. and Mrs. Vera Smith of Oblong; Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Jayne of Newton. on October 27, 1979.¹

Burial will be in Blue Grass Cemetery. He was born July 2, 1962, in Paris, the son of Ernest and Barbara Van Houten Veach. He married Marie Piehl in 1993; she survives. Also surviving are his parents of Martinsville; one daughter, Meranda Twigg of Toledo; three brothers, David and Jeff Veach, both of Martinsville, and Eric Veach of Marshall; one grandmother, Evelyn VanHouten of Martinsville; and one great-grandmother, Leah Reed of Casey. Mr. Veach worked at the Heartland Pork Co. in Kansas. He attended the Martinsville First Baptist Church. on August 7, 2001.⁴

Veach and Amanda J. McNulty.¹ Beulah Lucinda Kemper was born on December 3, 1917 at Parker, Clark Co., Illinois.^2,1 She died on December 4, 1968 at Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon, at age 51.^3,1

     Cecil Leroy Schwabauer was born on October 10, 1927 at Salem, Marion Co., Oregon.^1,2 He married Ruth Joann Veach, daughter of Harry Lovern Veach and Beulah Lucinda Kemper, on October 19, 1968 at Salem, Marion Co., Oregon.¹

     Eugene H. Selland and Ruth Joann Veach were divorced.¹ Eugene H. Selland was born on January 27, 1931 at Minnesota.¹ He married Ruth Joann Veach, daughter of Harry Lovern Veach and Beulah Lucinda Kemper, on June 7, 1952 at Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon.¹

     Elnora Jean "Jerry" Hepler was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Westfield, Clark Co., Illinois.^2,1 She was born on May 14, 1916 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana.¹ As of April 12, 1936,her married name was Veach.¹ She married Jesse Mack Veach, son of Jesse R. Veach and Amanda J. McNulty, on April 12, 1936 at Casey, Clark Co., Illinois.¹ Elnora Jean "Jerry" Hepler died on June 6, 2016 at Westfield, Clark Co., Illinois, at age 100.¹ She Elnora Jean “Jerry” Hepler Veach, age 100, of Westfield, IL passed away at 3 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 14, 1916 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Emory Allen Hepler and Anna Baxter Hepler. On April 12, 1936 she married Jesse “Mack” Veach in Casey, IL. He passed away in 1966. Survivors include son, Rondal Veach of Charleston, IL; daughter, Delores Galey of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Larry, Debbie, David, Ron and Jamie, great grandchildren, Chris, Adam, Ryan, Marissa, Brandon, Kyle, Matthew and Katie; great great grandchildren, Olivia, Elijah, Adriana, Julia and Adeline and her loyal and caring friends, Glenna, Judy, Clinton, Shirley and Chad. She was preceded in death by her father; daughter, June Kathleen Veach; mother; brother; William J. Hepler; sister, Dorothy Lewis and son-in-law, Walter Galey. Jerry was a graduate of Marshall High School. While in school she was a member of the Girls Athletic Association. She enjoyed tap dancing and painting; her art work was displayed at the state competition. Jerry was a longtime employee of the Casey Shoe Manufacturing Company, where she worked as a stitcher. She has sewn and repaired many an outfit for people from all over the area. Her creations were worn by many bridal parties and prom attendees. Jerry was known as one of the best seamstresses in the area. When not keeping busy with her sewing, she could be found working in her garden and yard. Jerry was a faithful member of the Westfield First Baptist Church. She was a loving and kind mother and grandmother; she will be greatly missed by her family. Burial will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Westfield, IL. on June 7, 2016.¹

     June Kathleen Veach was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Westfield, Clark Co., Illinois.² She was born in 1945.² She died in 1956.²
