She had lived most of her life in Providence before moving to Cumberland five years ago. She is survived by two daughters, Joan Sharpe of Lincoln and Janice Elliott of Winfield, Kansas, a step-son, Wayne Lightowler of Providence, a brother, John Geraghty of Johnston, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Margaret Billings. Burial will be held in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. on January 28, 2006.³
