     Vickey Clementine Porter Vickey Weaver, 60, died Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday at Howard Cemetery in Desdemona, Texas. Vickey was born January 30, 1960 in Big Spring. She grew up traveling the world. Her father was in the Navy. She returned to Big Spring in the 1970’s. She married Mike Weaver on October 25, 1978, in Big Spring. She was a homemaker and was active in the Big Spring Humane Society and the Junque Thrift Shop. She was room mother for PTA and Proms. Vickey loved all animals including birds, plants, flowers, gardening, music and especially concerts. Vickey is survived by her husband: Mike Weaver of Big Spring; four children: Misty Porter DePorto and her husband Chris of Waxahachie, Chris Weaver of Denver, Sarah Richmond and her husband T. J. of Weatherford, and Desiree Weaver of Austin; one sister: Tina Hansen of Mitchell, South Dakota; five grandchildren: Akkey McVae, Tearell McVae, Shanell Ausbie, Andreya Ausbie, and Hayden Richmond; several nieces and nephews; and a special longtime friend: Vellene Sawyers. Vickey was preceded in death by her mother: Gracie Marie Porter; and her father: Gary Raymond Porter.2 She was buried at Howard Cemetery, Desdemona, Eastland Co., Texas.2 She was born on January 30, 1960 at Big Spring, Howard Co., Texas.2,3 As of October 25, 1978,her married name was Weaver.2 She married Mike Weaver on October 25, 1978 at Big Spring, Howard Co., Texas.2,4 Vickey Clementine Porter died on May 5, 2020 at Texas at age 60.2

     Gracie Marie Fonville Gracie Marie “Nanny” Fonville Porter, 77, of Big Spring died Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, December 21, 2018 at Howard Cemetery in Desdemona, Texas. Gracie was born April 14, 1941 in Breckenridge to Lydia Murrell Rainy Fonville and Zelvin Fonville and lived in Big Spring for 42 years. She was a navy wife and had lived in the Philippines, Florida, Maryland, Maine and Japan. She had worked at Terry’s Drive In, Howard College, Wacker’s and Walmart. She loved gardening, fruit trees, taking in stray cats and dogs and helping raise her grandchildren. Gracie is survived by two daughters: Vickey Weaver and her husband Mike of Big Spring, and Tina Hanson of Mitchell, South Dakota: two brothers: Burl Fonville and his wife Mary of Azle, and Charlie Fonville and his wife Paula of Selden: three sisters: Eunice Morris of Weatherford, Marilyn Carroll of Dublin and Linda Harkins of Pennsylvania: thirteen grandchildren, 21 greatgrandchildren, one great great grandson, and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters: Oneta Melton and Zula Ferguson; two brothers: Bud Fonville and Billy Jack Fonville, and one great grandson Carson Ray Lemmons.2 She was buried at Howard Cemetery, Desdemona, Eastland Co., Texas.2 She was born on April 14, 1941 at Breckenridge, Stephens Co., Texas.1,2 As of April 10, 1959,her married name was Porter.3 She married Gary Raymond Porter, son of Raymond "Ray" Porter and Sadie Reed, on April 10, 1959.3 Gracie Marie Fonville and Gary Raymond Porter were divorced on February 9, 1976 at Howard Co., Texas.3 Gracie Marie Fonville died on December 19, 2018 at Big Spring, Howard Co., Texas, at age 77.2

David Golden is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Golden; two children, David William Golden of St. Louis, and Jamie Lynn Golden of St. Louis; two step-sons, Jacob Beckman of Jefferson City, and Matt Beckman and fiancee Ashley Hemmer of O'Fallon, Mo; one brother, Daniel (Jody) Golden of Mt. Carmel; one sister, Melody (Fred) Denton of Princeton, Ind; one sister-in-law, Rachelle Rule, Breese, Ill; one brother-in-law, Eddie (Sharon) Rule of Carlyle, Ill; nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William Richard Golden. Interment will follow in the Old Alexandria Cemetery, Troy, Mo., with full military honors accorded him. on March 13, 2008.2
