(Bill) of Norfolk, Va., Wilson of Coinjock and Dodsworth Summerlin of Rocky Mount. on February 4, 1976.⁵

Clarke passed away November 6, 2019. Born in Roanoke, Virginia on April 27, 1945, Judi moved to Florida in the 1990's following the sun. She loved the beaches, shelling and walks on the beach. She is survived and missed by her daughter, Georgeanna Wingate of California; her sister-in-law, Regina Thomas and a niece, Alise Tate of Virginia.      Kimberly Dawn Higgins Dawn Higgins Andrews, June 24, 1974 - September 7, 2021. Dawn Higgins Andrews left this world after a brave fight with cancer on September 7, 2021 and immediately entered the rest and peace that only Jesus is able to provide. She is survived by her husband Robert Andrews, II, daughters Morgan Higgins, Lexi, Savannah, and Stella Andrews, son Elliott Andrews, her mother Debbie Roughton Higgins, sister Ashleigh Bagwell, and nephew Nolan Bagwell. Dawn graduated from Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, VA and received a Bachelor's Degree from Elon College in North Carolina. She loved God and people with her exceptionally outgoing personality and her greatest joy was being a mother to her five children. Professionally, she was a Plexus Worldwide Ambassador in the health and weight loss products industry. She enjoyed travel, food, reading, her backyard, the beach, helping others, and finding joy in every moment. We are so grateful for the time she was with us. She meant different things to different people, but was committed to living life to the fullest. She was and is a gift to her family and we will always love her. She just kept going.
