Witt of Huddleston; one stepson, David Clinton Phillips of Norfolk; two foster children, Rex Bentley of Christiansburg and Steve Bentley of Tennessee; two brothers, Donald Phillips and Randolph Phillips, both of Radford; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery in Radford. on September 27, 2002.⁵
