     Trina Dawn Dillon and Blaine Miller were divorced.1 Trina Dawn Dillon was born on March 4, 1956 at Mount Vernon, Knox Co., Ohio.1 As of July 7, 1973,her married name was Miller.1 She married Blaine Miller on July 7, 1973.1 Trina Dawn Dillon died on August 8, 2015 at Millersburg, Holmes Co., Ohio, at age 59.1 She KILLBUCK - Trina Dawn Dillon Miller, 59, Killbuck, surrounded by her loved ones, went home to be with Jesus Saturday Aug. 8, 2015, at Pomerene Hospital, Millersburg, after a courageous 10-year battle with pulmonary fibrosis. A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday at noon at NewPointe Community Church, Millersburg, with Pastor Chad Stutzman officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon at the church. Trina was born March 4, 1956, in Mount Vernon, the daughter of Theodore Jr. and Shirley Ann (Poff) Dillon. She started school at West Holmes and graduated from Smithville. On July 7, 1973, she married Blaine Miller. Trina was a kind and caring blessing to all who knew her. Through her employment years, her passion and favorite work was home health care, and caring for others. She attended NewPointe Community Church in Millersburg, and was known, even while she struggled with her own health, to load up her patients, and take them to church with her. Her pride and joy were children, Brandy (Woody) Davis of Coshocton, Jeremy Miller of Killbuck, and Nichole Miller of Wooster; she adored her grandchildren, Jonathan Davis, Felicity Miller, Hayley Davis, Nevaeh Miller and Wesley Brown; siblings, Wynoka Dillon, Dreama (Bill) Brown and James (Dawn) Ferguson, all of Indiana, Kathy (Lance) Proper of Killbuck, and Treasa Mottle and Rick Ferguson both of Millersburg; numerous nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Blaine Miller. She also had many adopted children that claimed her as "Mama", "her Angel", Angela J. (David) Crist of Millersburg, Robyn Corwin of Mount Gilead, and the list goes on. She was preceded in death by many loved ones, including her parents, stepparents, and siblings, Steven Dillon and Barb Bebe. on August 12, 2015.1

Born Sept. 5, 1898, in Penhook, Va., she was the daughter of the late G. K. and Mary J. Newbill Tosh. Mrs. Polk was a member of the Glen View Independent Baptist Church and was a 70-year resident of Raleigh County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Campbell Polk in 1955 and two sons, Russell and Rudolph Polk. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Calvin (Hazel) Bolen of Crab Orchard, with whom she made her home, Mrs. Darrell (Shirley) Richardson of Wagner, S.C. and Mrs. Alfred (Irene) Lambert of Lynchburg, Va; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday at ll a.m. at the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel in Beckley with Pastors Jim Frazier and Mark Lowe officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park at Beckley. on February 28, 1989.2

Bolen, age 83, of Crab Orchard, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 at her home following a long illness. Born November 1, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Cambell and Okie Polk. Hazel was a homemaker and had lived in Crab Orchard most of her life. She enjoyed taking care of others, working in the yard, gardening and working with flowers. Those left to cherish her memory are one son, Kevin and wife Judy Bolen of Crab Orchard; one daughter, Allison Addair of Soak Creek; two sisters Irene and husband Alfred Lambert of Lynchburg, Va., Shirley and husband Darrel Richardson of Aiken, S.C. and one grandchild, Cinthia Bolen. on January 6, 2016.6

Born Feb. 18, 1928, at Glen View, he was the son of the late Ordie Bolen and Ada Ruth Rollins Bolen Galbraith. Mr. Bolen served in the U.S. Army for 12 years. He was a retired electrician w ith the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). He was a former Golden Glove champion and was a member of the Beaver Creek Golf Club. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert Allen Bolen, Gussie “Fred” Bolen, James Dillard Bolen and Charles Dial Bolen and a sister, Stella Ruth Howerton. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Hazel Polk Bolen; a son, Kevin Bolen and his wife, Judy, of Slab Fork, and two daughters, Julia Bolen and Allison Lytle, both of Crab Orchard. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John R. Pack officiating and Tim Roberts ministering with music. Burial will follow in the Canaday Cemetery at Glen View. on February 6, 1996.4

Born in 1962, she was a graduate of Independence High School and Concord College. Employed at the Raleigh County Court House though she was there just a short time she loved her job and the people she worked with. Julia loved people, life, and cats and collected pins. She was very giving person that loved spending time with her church (Jordan Christian Fellowship) and her family there. She was preceded in death by her father Calvin Kenneth Bolen. Those left to cherish her memory include her mother Hazel M. Bolen of Glen View, brother Kevin E. Bolen with wife Judy M. Bolen and Julia's precious niece Cinthia Kay Bolen of Glen View, and sister Allison M. Addair also of Glen View. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Rev. Tim Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. She was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5250 Robert Centre Byrd Drive, Prosperity, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.1 She was born on July 22, 1962 at West Virginia. She died on February 3, 2007 at age 44.1
