They have been together loving each other ever since that day, and they were married March 9, 1994 in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. Bobby is survived by his loving wife and soul mate, of 16 ½ years, Amber (Jordan) Hughart of Charleston; his wonderful children who meant the world to him, Kayla Elaine Jean Hughart age, 16, Cody Lee Andrew Hughart, age 14, Jordan Alexander Hughart, age, 11 and Jessica Michele Hughart, age 7; parents, Ira and Darlis Shafer Hughart of Charleston; maternal grandmother, Stella E.
